If im not mistaken paris is very vast, london is very dense. A huge amount of space is dedicated to the eiffel tower for example, whereas things like big ben are in the middle of a very dense core. I've never been to either so correct me if im wrong lol

Byun is an aggressive gambler, watching him play is always enjoyable. On a side note, it's crazy how little margin for error there is in TvT, a 2 seconds mistake can cost you the game.

No amazing GSL games? What about the latest DRG vs Byun, if no one has mentioned it. The third game is definitely game of the year material, and is an interesting talking point for balance issues.
15:36 NYC has 40% of the population of NY. CA has several major cities and still LA has 10% of CA's population. depending on how you define cities the US has anywhere from half to 82% of its population living in cities. so 20% isn't really unusual for a country's major city.

Byun is the only person who could pull of that base counter against Maru, I'd call that premium cheese.
Lowko keeps saying that camera hot keys don’t up APM but when you play a game of sc2, and spam camera hotkeys, the APM counter goes up. So idk what he’s talking about lol.
Hey lowko, what is the difference between macro and micro? I’m watching for a very long time and still don’t understand.
Micro play is basically the players assuming manual control of individual unit actions. For example, Terran vs Zerg, zerg has banelings and zerglings, Terran has marines. Zerglings run slightly ahead of the banes and as such are usually targeted first by the marines allowing the Banes to come in and kill everything(assuming the marines are on auto attack). If the Terran manually targets the Banes with the marines instead of letting them auto attack, the Terran player has a good chance of killing the Banes before getting wiped out and thus getting the upperhand (stutter step marines beat zerglings for the most part). I'm assuming similar supply numbers for both players. Macro is the part of the game where you mostly focus on the economy instead of all out aggression (and micro) and is usually associated with longer games. Basically, your focus is to mine more stuff, (usually early in the game), so you can afford to build more stuff(than your opponent) later on. For example going for an 1 base base all in is not a Macro Game. A game where the first 5/10minutes were mostly spent acquiring and securing more income (bases, workers) is. As a last point the two players we saw on this video do basically both things pretty much at same time for the entire duration.

It would be so cool if Serral and Maru were both fluent in English and had the same relationship. The uncontested #1 and #2 casually catching up in the grand finals would be wholesome.
Something close to that is Serral and Olivierra being good friends. Serral and Clem gave tips to Olivierra when he went up against Maru in the finals of worlds.

I'm always amazed by these pro players' mechanics..best i can get is 150 supply at 10mins. while they can do that in less than 9mins. and do all these micro attacks, drops and army movement..
Your talk about peoples' misconceptions about Europe and the size of cities inexplicably reminds me of an old movie, Eurotrip, where one of the characters is a culturally ignorant buffoon who confidently proclaims "Europe is the size of the mall, we could *walk* to Berlin from [London]."
