It's perfectly normal to like BTS more at her age. And EXO really didn't seem to mind, it's all just jokes. It's just awkward that the idols and actresses had such a huge age gap between them (relatively speaking-at those ages it is huge). I think BTS or Seventeen would have been more fitting.

She obviously like both and she has the free opinion to like whoever group she pleases. I'm not in either fandom, not in any really because all fandoms are rather toxic and all these idol groups make some really good music that I don't want to boycott because I'm in some fandom. No hate against the groups, just dislike their fandoms. Right now, I'm listening to a lot of EXO, occasionally with some BTS. I also listen to other KPOP groups ofc, but I've just liked more of EXO songs so far. In the MAMA voting, I've voted for the people who I think deserve the awards - best dance, best MV, best song = BTS but best male group, best artist = EXO, because that's what I feel is right. In my personal opinion, this year EXO has done a lot better in terms of good music and dance and stuff, but BTS has also had a good year. EXO has continued their reign as great KPOP idols but BTS has opened the doors between kpop and the western world through the BBMAs and AMAs and this shows that both groups are equally great.
