  • Hacks for periods! Hello fellow girls, if you have just gotten your period (or on your period) here are some hacks!! #1 NEVER WEAR WHITE UNDERWEAR!! Always wear black underwear on your period! Or at least the darkest underwear you have... #2 Laughing, sneezing...the absolute worst thing to happen...every time you sneeze or laugh and you feel a flood, remember this *im wearing a pad (or tampon) it won’t leak* and then go to the bathroom when you can just to check! #3 got blood on your pants? If you have a hoodie, tie it around your waist and put on a new pad/tampon as soon as possible! When you get home, take the stain out IMMEDIATELY (use Oxi Clean or any other stain remover) #4 Always stay calm on your period! It won’t kill you!! And once your off your period, DONT TAKE IT FOR GRANTED! Good luck on your period!!

    • Just remember to always use cotton undies,carry an extra pair of undies & pads just in case, eat more fruits & drink more water around that time of the month. Track it & monitor how you feel each month, your cravings. Make sure you don't use anything scented down there. Be gentle & kind to yourself. This is a new thing & it'll take some time to adjust.
