Yes. Her books are excellent. I read her 2 parenting books a few years ago and found them to be so helpful… then after going through a radical spiritual awakening myself I read this book along with many others that propelled me forward in my opening and healing. 4 years in and still going strong. Currently in the world of Richard Rudd and The Gene Keys. So much love to everyone on this path. It’s a painful but beautiful one.

Thank you for sharing Niki, this was very vulnerable. You've been through a lot, so have I so maybe I need to read this book too. As for your daughter, if you truly want to equip her then don't let her be exposed in the first place. I let my sister have social media when she turned 18 (we have a 7 year gap and I have an almost second father figure to her despite being a woman). I saw even at 18 how she handled it, and I had to restrict her until 20. Thankfully we have a river of respect for eachother and she sees me as her dream figure so she takes heed to what I say. Now she's 23, she has social media but she has no problems or obsession with it - no comparisons, she knows when info is too much and she is well equipped to handle everything. It makes me proud, she is a wholesome young woman who doesn't need social media and knows her worth. Considering our brains don't fully develop until around 25, the best we can do as parents (and elder siblings) is create nurturing and healthy environments for their brain to grow optimally.

Niki, it's the truth.
I love that I realized I don’t have to be a mother just because I’m a woman. Is a social construct. I found so much happiness and freedom knowing I don’t have to be something I don’t want. I don’t want to live a life of servitude that doesn’t stop at 18. I love peace, quiet, traveling, do what I want when I want. Love this!
