Tune back when they went to pick up the little one. Stephanie wasn't sure about having a dog. What a difference. He really is adorable and now loves to go outside, perhaps as a puppy he was always inside. I would love to have this breed, after watching him.

Even when they're small, they still smell and look like a dog to other dogs, just like a puppy would.

@@Motherhubbard170that's an odd notion. Big adult dogs are usually calm and gentle with small ones. It's when small dogs are kept from socializing with big ones they lear to fear them and meet them with aggression, and even when the small ones are very rude, the big ones rarely match such behavior, but it's unsafe to not make small dogs used to bigger ones bc some of the aggression commonly accepted in small dogs wouldn't be ok if they were big, and can be aggravating to any other one. It's not very different from humans that way.
St Joseph's Chapel is going to be magnificent when it is completely restored . The artians need a small plaque . They are amazing

Your camellias are stunning, have you considered starting to take cuttings from your camellias now. Once the terrace is restored you could fill the area with more camellias

Oh how fast does little Lancelot run. What a fabulous life he has. I loved seeing Lancelot playing with those very big dogs. The gsrdens sre waking up for Spring, beautiful. Sabina is the style queen, Kirsty the garden queen. Oh the colours in the chapel, so enjoying following the restoration. Thank you Stephanie for sharing your life at the chateau with us.

I adore Lancelot. I love watching him cutting the mustard. I laughed my head off when he was chasing the sheep. You have the best little dog. I look forward to seeing him on every video. I have decided after all the weeks that it should be painted the way the painters intended it. They would be so happy to see their work come back to life. I can almost feel when the restorers are finished and it is all yours again.
Sebina's green PJs and house coat are amazing! I love them. It was so good to see Lancelot run around with the big dogs. They are so gentle. The desserts look yummy! I love the chapel too.
Marie, in order to get thick whipped cream, your canister should be very very cold, shake canister well with cream.

@@Motherhubbard170 Agreed. I have the same siphon and the whipped cream comes out beautifully, not in a sludge-like dripping form.
I also had issues with my siphon, it only works when the fat content is really high so basically only whipped cream. I couldn’t do anything fancy with it, such a disappointment. Amazon became a Chinese bazaar it’s so rough sometimes, I can’t believe the gas was just in a ziplock bag 😂.
I don't think she was attempting whipped cream. She had talked about making foam.

I love Marie's laughter (Nick's wife). It's so nice to hear it at Lalande again. Has there been any progress on Nick & Marie's cottage? It seems to come in fits and starts. The last project that I recall was a bathroom renovation or a living room reshuffle. I'm not sure which. When is Michael Potts returning to Lalande? I haven't seen as many of his vlog posts recently. He's such a hoot. Watching little Lancelot romping with Ombeline's shepherds is delightful. They provide instant smiles. Lancelot really has been a fantastic addition to the Château. I thought Kirsty was looking more radiant recently. It's a wonderful space to be in when you literally radiate joy and contentment. It's just nice to see all the gardeners back again, arriving like the first birds of Spring. The chapel is looking fantastic. The colors are so beautiful. I'm anxious for the regilding and resilvering to start. It's going to sparkle like the top of the Chrysler Building. Stephanie, I'm so glad that you proved that ice cream is a fix for foxing on chocolate. LOL! I think it might also work as a sort of pre-foxing preventative too. I'm definitely going to try it. Marie buy a box of the gas cartridges and read the instructions. You need very cold cream or whatever you are using and you need to shake the cannister very well each time you load a cartridge. You need 2 cartridges for a syphon that size. It should come out beautifully whipped.

My sister always made homemade chocolates. Cows were her favorite. So I am having a little cry today. ❤

Love the walks in the forest and Lancelot is always entertaining. Running after Nick was adorable. The garden is starting to show signs of life and the flowers are beautiful. Kirsty is looking stunning and a shopping spree with her stylist will be a celebration. Love the bigger dogs chasing Lancelot around the garden beds. Maybe the post office thought they were mini bombs or bullets, and opened them to check they were safe. I would call the vault French blue. My Irish grandmother grew Camelias all around her house, cut them before work, and put them on her desk. She was an executive secretary. When she retired a book of memories was given to her. One man said everyone would go straight to her desk for their bouquet of Camelias.
The restaurers' work resemble a lot a Sisyphean task! I really admire them, extraordinary craftsmen!!!👏👏👏

That siphon is not working properly. The cream Is too runny. Maybe not cold enough. It’s wonderful to see Marie thrive. She is so creative and cooking is her forte!
I am glad I was not the only one who noticed that. I used to use one in my cafe for whipped cream. You need to shake the machine after you load each cartridge. 2 cartridges should be used. Cream or whatever should be cold. Marie was right, it was weird that those cartridges were loose in a bag like that. They can be dangerous if not used properly. Get a box and read the instructions.
It was supposed to be foam. Not whipped cream.

I was rather underwhelmed at the way the cream came out of the syphon. It was flat as. Maybe Marie’s concern re the canisters is justified.

Just going to say it, Kirstie, I have the same type sweatshirt that I would never get rid of. It’s my outdoors/gardening staple. Mine is getting threadbare on the sleeves but I do not care. Do not get rid of your top. That being said, another fun video.

I LOVE how Stephanie who originally questioned getting a dog, is now so invested with his care, and so attached. She seems to love taking him on walks with her, which I said she would before they got him, and was trying to make the decision to let Phillip to get a dog. I beg she has really loved the choice to finally get a dog!!!
When one is gardening, one dresses for ease of movement and temperature. One dresses for glamour and style at other times.
