I've been sick for 2 weeks, decided to get back to working out with something different and gentle. Saw Brian's video. Wow! I'm fairly fit, work out 4 days/week, but this little morning "wake up" kicked my rear! Big thanks to Brian. His coaching is fabulous. Also loved the "PSA" on the fact that both hips are working during the clamshells. I always wondered if I was doing them wrong! Big thanks :)
