There is sooooo much work that goes into the guys hair, makeup, clothes, preparing stages, equipment, venues, etc. These people are all professionals who very likely spent years studying and working in their respective fields and went through the grueling process of applying, interviewing and starting out in one of the biggest entertainment companies in the world. They deserve respect and love for all their hard work! 💜
