The title is meant to be "I Captained a YACHT PARTY and SANK Their Boat In Stormworks!" not "I Captained a YACHT PARTY and SANK There Boat In Stormworks!" because there means there is something there and their means it's someone's or what ever else there is.

It's funny that the NPC on the island is probably one of the NPCs who fell off the boat and then got swept onto the island.

I think it is just what tone he speaks in, not the mic. Just checked the last video.
It's definetely him though I also watched last video and his voice is louder for sure, I think he's probably further from his mic because also randomly he got further from his mic for 3 seconds in another video that I watch yesterday so idk@@AnalPro74
