Hurricane Delta made landfall in Southern Louisiana as a Category 2 storm on October 9, 2020. After getting a flat tire during the eyewall, our team abandoned the car, sought shelter behind sturdy buildings and watched as powerful winds tore roofs off of businesses and sent debris flying through the small town of Gueydan, LA.
