I started the character as a practice DiD run (for the first time) before doing a recorded DiD playthrough, but he's surprisingly powerful and hasn't died so far. I've been doing so many weird builds that I've forgotten how op the meta builds are...
Mods used are Requiem-based, but including all my mods (obviously). Magic Redone is used for magic overhaul, and all my Perk/Race/Birthsign mods are used. Currently WIP versions that are yet released on Nexus. You can check out the Modwatch below for the full list.
The mods are to be updated when Requiem 5.3.0 comes out (for esl-esp conversion and other updates), so when that is complete, I'll then I'll go for a full recorded session.

Could have played the final room safer, but didn't want to waste time regenerating magicka while recording, so went right for it. A few more cast of Flame Sphere should've made the fight much easier, but whacking skulls is fun too! ... I also noticed that the video quality is pretty meh :( I lost all my previous recording & editing tools when I upgraded my pc, so I'll have to find something new to work with. This one is recorded just with NVIDIA ShadowPlay, and the quality got ravaged by KZhead processing...

Make me want to dive into Requiem. I dunno, I just start playing then I back to vanilla Skyrim even if I'm enjoying my experience. Can't say for sure why, but this video really does make me want to dive in more

I’m a huge fan of heavy rp skyrim and was wondering, if u could tell me how u managed to get the imperial armor aesthetics, while wearing nordic armor. On the one hand it might break immersion, if imperial armor is as strong as some other higher tier armory, but on the other hand walking around in a nordic outfit as an imperial battlemage is way worse 😅
I use Skyrim Outfit System SE Revived. It lets you manually select which armor appears on your character regardless of what you actually wear.

Tried this same build and its only begin after you get at least 25 HA to get its perks, but been able to block and tank damage make this build incredible.
Yeah, this was the first DiD build I played and was surprised at how stable it is
@@noxcrab6564 I achieved today lvl 30 and want to ask if you had problem with magic enemies. even a low lvl draughr that uses cold require me to retreat and wait until my magicka is high so i can blast him with firebolts, imagine having to deal with a hagraven. My build use the apprentice birth but i have a neckace with resist magic that neglect the debuff. i'm using only requiem as overhaul, other mods are performance and increased enemies (more bandits).
@@Anas7ergun Magic Resistance is pretty important in Requiem for higher level. Apprentice Stone is pretty hard to use unless your build is optimized around it. Also see if mage vendors or Radiant Rainment have resistance enchanted necklace. You can swap them when needed.
@@noxcrab6564Thanks for the answer. I'm training enchanting to master to build a resist magic set to use in some battles, but for today resist element potions is doing the work. Also something that's working for me is spawn tons of spirit Wolfs so the enemy can use all of his Magicka blasting them. Been able today to use this technique to kill the daedra in Pelagius wing. Spawn wolf for him to kill and then hit 2 times with a sword, repeated until it was dead.
After a long time i was finally able to finish both the main quest and dawnguard expansion. High Gate Ruins is insanely the hardest part of the game with the bone dragons and dragon priests. Actually, i finished the game in 7 months ago, but only today remembered of this video and want to give an update.
Always love to see those big ugly spiders get put in their place.

@@noxcrab6564 Looks like a great way to 1) Add immersion, 2) prevent potion spamming lol Does it animate NPCs when they drink potions too?
@@Anordil yes, can be configured for npcs too. The animation is skipped when npcs are in other animation though. They will instantly drink potions without anim when they're on their knees (bleedout).
@@noxcrab6564 That's good to know. Do you play with that option enabled for NPCs, if so has it been buggy in your experience?
@@Anordil i enabled npc animations. It's not buggy, but i rarely get to see them do it anyways since npcs usually drink potions right about when they go into bleedout.

This build is indeed really good at the endgame, but it does not prove its worth when finishing content that can be finished at level 1...
