    • That was pretty casual at those times. They did that for each fights. Rebook deal killed this organization. Nate was the only one guy I came back to watch. One Fc is way more entertaining that UFC now, they don't even have this level of competition they pretend anymore when compared to Japan. Demetrious actually made the right move.

Nick was just better. only the judges are to blame. beside that I can't agree more about the rules. Advise to you: go watch ONE FC. The level is actually better. UFC only pretends to own the best fighters. (a fighter and an athlete are two different things, you probably know that already)

  • As hard and as painful as it was to walk away knowing I was on my way deep down to being the best I had no choice I had to do it right cuz I didn’t wanna look back and say I sold myself to do it. It was painful everyday watching ppl I could easily beat win because I was humble and had to deal with personal problems but I had to deal with it like a man knowing I could easily come back and strike at anytime because I had mastered this game all it would come down to is posing

  • Fought drug addiction no pail killers no excuses forced myself to work 12 hour shifts 6-7 days a week and worked out after driving 2 hours round trip when I was so shot out because I was doing the backbreaking work all shift refusing to move up in job so I can work on my discipline and mental toughness and torture myself and I barely drank water

  • I knew right away bodybuilding was the answer to my problems because when I was watching these guys on KZhead and TV I realized the things they were doing and abusing steroids to do I was doing in my sleep for fun just because I was bored and it was my therapy and it blew my mind that they needed peds to do it and called themselves elite level athletes when I was drinking bottles of whiskey to the dome doing it hungover and eating once a day 😯

  • God given genetics and an extremely high pain threshold with discipline and hard work is impossible to beat. You can’t beat Mother Nature you can try and cheat but it comes at a COST. Liver/kidney failure, heart disease or heart attack, extremely high levels of PEDS to keep up with the pace and match my genetics will cost you in the end 😘 most will be miserable and regret they cheated or abused things when they realize our body is our temple so be careful how far your willing to go cuz your playing Russian roulette if your lucky enough your body doesn’t fail in your 30s chances are you’ll be like most idiots that can’t even walk in there 50s and enjoy the things that they accomplished lol #karma always do things right there are no shortcuts
