@@oscarreynolds4584 I don't know your ethnicity but it's common for Europeans to progressively get darker hair as they age until it eventually starts to turn gray. Or is it because he's Scandinavian you say this? Well newsflash buddy, they're not all blonde. Blonde people are not even the majority in those countries, especially in Norway it seems. And I'm only including natives in that observation, not recent immigrants. As an American I was surprised to discover this when I went there on vacation with my wife in the 80's. Most adult Norwegians seem to have different shades of brown hair, some even have black hair! Although there are still many who fit the viking stereotype the ones with golden blonde hair are mostly children, and like I said they mostly turn darker as they hit their teens/early adulthood. As I became a bigger follower or English football I also noticed that many of the Norwegian PL players in their heyday of the 90's and early 00's had very dark features. People like Oyvind Leonardsen, Frank Strandli, Martin Andresen, Claus Lundekvam and Jo Tessem come to mind. When I come to think of it actually only a minority of the Norwegians in PL history have been truly blonde. Ole was somewhere on the lighter spectrum of brown when he arrived in 96' and like the OP mentioned slowly turned darker. Nothing unusual about it. And when it comes to hair dying it is actually more common for Norwegians to dye it blonde. In other words a lot of the lovely viking ladies you see from those parts are fake blondes ;)

Contrary to popular belief, I don’t think he’s the one who needs to improve. A manager may give his team an edge, but ultimately they’re only as good as the quality of their team. The current crop of Man United players certainly have a lot of room for improvement.
