Please tell me the issue where one of the earbuds gets quieter or completely goes out has been fixed with these. Went through countless RMAs of the MTW2 and MTW3 because of this.

Hey Sennheiser, The Sound is awesome, they sit really well. Bass plays well. But they have a slight Crackling noise in Adaptive noise Cancellation, and in transparency mode there are slight crackling noises in addition to the noise. As a result, it's really not worth 299€. Pls fix this issue

@ggando1809 wanted to follow up on this. We are aware of this specific complaint. Though very small in terms of reports, we identified it an will be releasing firmware updates to resolve it.

Sorry but I had to return these because the white noise in transparency is unacceptable for $499, and the mic isn't that good. I hope it gets better in the future, but for now I'll spend that $499 on something else.
"What do you hear when you press PLAY?" Usually nothing from my left earphone... Your headphones are constantly broken. Get finally some serious QC, or produce only wired headphones!!
Momentum is indeed synonymous with terrible quality now. Sad.
We overhauled the MTW4's internals including battery and over a dozen other overall improvements. We listened to the market and know the MTW4 is a better overall experience. We appreciate everyone giving us another chance and encourage you to check out the long-term MTW4 reviews when the publish.
Agreed. My first pair of MTW3's are not able to charge anymore and I've barely used them at all. And I've tried all the troubleshooting. This is not what I paid for...
