Some thoughts I’ve had related to our favourite couple: I believe the question that has been left unanswered since the beginning of their relationship hides the real problem of those two that results in their misunderstandings and failure of communication. Yaman and Seher have never been able to confess their feelings, in fact, they have both had difficulty in admitting them even to themselves. Although they yearn for a touch, they are both too timid to dare it. Yaman had to hide behind the "formality" wedding in order to touch her and kiss her, they haven’t even hugged each other properly yet, even though they are married. This is very strange for two individuals who have lived through what they have in such a short time, situations normal couples don’t experience in a lifetime. Their attempt to keep their feelings from each other has different reasons. Yaman, on the one hand, has obviously never thought that he would either fall in love or be loved by a woman. As he has said before this is an unknown terrain and his feelings of embarrassment and awkwardness are evident. Having played the role of the father for his two brothers for years, despite being the youngest, has made him a smart, confident and harsh man when dealing with business and survival in general. Although he comes from a very poor family, he has succeeded in having built a very prosperous life for his family by working hard. His personal life, though, has been literally empty, almost non-existent before Seher invaded it. She was the one who, while fighting for her "emanet", without realizing it, pushed herself into his room over and over again and became the highlight of his days. His mother’s abandonment and his father’s suicide have led to his insecurity and his feeling of not being worthy of love. Although he is madly in love with Seher and wants more than everything to be with her, his feelings of not deserving this love deter him from confessing. Yaman’s emotional intelligence is very low due to the reasons mentioned above. Seher, on the other hand, has lived an overprotected life under her father’s wings, motherless, and her sister was excluded from the family after her decision to get married to one of the Kirimli brothers. She is also inexperienced, as much as Yaman is, in love affairs since her father’s overprotection and her sister’s example haven’t made it possible. She is a kind-hearted and shy person who has the tendency to sacrifice and devote her life to her loved ones. Her emotional intelligence is rather high. Living in the mansion as Yusuf’s aunt and having struggled to stand by him has forced her to confront Yaman on many occasions but she has feelings of inferiority. This was evident at the restaurant when he gave her the engagement ring and she told him that it is obvious that they belong to different worlds. This makes her unable to believe that he loves her no matter how many times he has tried to show it. She is trying hard to keep her feelings hidden since she doesn’t believe she is worthy of a powerful man like him. Although she is not weak this feeling of inferiority has deterred her from feeling self-confident in this environment and Yaman has to remind her not to underestimate herself. Another reason for them to hesitate to be truthful to each other has been Yusuf. As much as being the one who brings them close that much he is one of the reasons for not letting them get together. They have realized that Yusuf needs them both and their decision to raise Yusuf together is an obstacle to their relationship. Love affairs are complicated and when things don’t go well people divorce. What if they get in such a relationship and cannot see a way out if things turn ugly? Will they have to keep on living together despite being at odds? Life has a strange way of making us see our mistakes and live with them for the rest of our days and these two have already tasted that. If they had been truthful to each other, if they had confessed their feelings and built a strong relationship none of these would have happened. By being hesitant they drove themselves to the exact point they were trying to avoid. Funny, isn’t it? Irony! As for the present situation, each one of them has an Achille’s heel. Yaman’s is his trust issue and Seher’s is her pride issue. Ikbal has been proven very good at deciphering their psychological profiles and has used their weaknesses to her advantage. I have stated before that they represent two different, opposing worlds, dark and light, earth and sky. Yet, they are compatible in a unique way. Even when they were regarding themselves as enemies, they were on common ground on Yusuf’s issue. Now, after everything that’s happened, they have to bridge the gap and meet each other halfway. And I am sure they will get to that soon. I am sincerely in awe of whoever gets to read this comment to the end.

I read it, and totally enjoyed your insights. I think the reason Emanet has such a success and so many addicts is precisely the combination of classical storylines, based on motifs from folklore such as beauty and the beast, cinderella (including the two evil sisters), snowwhite (the apple symbolism) etc., plus the very deep psychological drama and its expression through deep conversations, which sometimes are philosophical. There is a lot of wisdom in the portrayal of the characters, particularly Yaman who is really like he confessed, unlike anybody else. He is gothic and dark, hurt and abusive. We measure him in normal yardsticks, but he is a mythic character, so I expect him to do things differently. I believe he will communicate his "usur dilirim" in a different way, one that, however, Seher will understand.

He definitely needs to address his past. I don’t think that it’s as simple as him coming to the realisation that he has to apologize. He has a trunkful of baggage to deal with.
It is not hard to say sorry when you know you wronged some one. Unless your are arrogant. Or have psychological issue which is this case. He has seen his father doing it all the time and the mother cheated on him and dumped them so it is not about Seher but about him. He needs a therapist,

La escena de la habitación, se llevó el capítulo de hoy: 1. Yaman no pide hablar, lo exige! 🙄Y si lo que busca es la redención ante Seher, éstas no son maneras, por muy válidos que sean sus argumentos. 2. En ésta ocasión, los dos se declararon su amor; él dice "lo intenté por tí, como por nadie más" ella dice "¡como destrozaste mi corazón!", si esa no es una confesión de amor, entonces no se cual sea. 3. Los argumentos de Yaman son muy válidos, pero las respuestas de Seher, son matadoras, ante los diálogos de Seher, no hay argumento que valga. 4. Creo que hoy se llegó al climax del conflicto, todo está dicho entre ellos, es decir, pienso que de aquí en adelante, ellos empezarán de cero y su historia se reescribirá (espero que para bien) y entonces, será más emocionante, porque Yamam tiene que ganarse el perdón de Seher y cuando eso suceda la conquista-galanteo-romance, irá de menos a más. 5. No puedo con la expresión de angustia en los ojos de Yaman, éste tipo me desarma en segundos 💋.
Yaman es un personaje , orgulloso , engreído ,arrogante y prepotente. Vamos .., una perita en dulce!!!!. Reconozco que Halil lo borda , increíble su actuación .
Si ella le esta ayudando a or abriéndose y con lo k el le dijo se abrió y tb se declaró....ella en realidad siempre supo lanzar mucho mejor las flechas...pero flechas directas al corazón....y es verdad que no justifica como la trato pk si el dudaba podría preguntar hablar aclarar investigar....pero cuando el es oscuridad y ella luz.. en eso está dicho y definidos como son y ella es la luz para su oscuridad...poco a poco segura y firme ..
Si Yaman se lo dijo todo aqui el solo aprendio a defenderse con oido e ira pero con Seher no es asi ella es amor y el debe pedir perdon pienso que le cuesta porque cree q eso lo hace ser débil como el papa y por lo q le dijo su mama lo marcó horriblemente, Yaman amaba a su mama entrañablemente y el en el fondo quizo complacerla y no se a dado cuenta de eso..el a tomado como eso de no ser como su papa débil por una mujer y por eso se suicido por q lo hizo ser débil y no soportar sufrir por una mujer...😞

In 10 have watched 158 episodes, some times till 4 AM but worth it. Have watched tens of Turkish dramas but this went to my heart. Every character play its part beautifully. I'm like most of the viewers, don't speak Turkish, so I try to understand where they're coming from, what happen in their life, only then I can judge their actions. Saher. her mother died but she had a father that loved her Yahman is a different story .After seeing what happened in his life at that young age ,to be pushed to the ground by your own mother ,then not being able to help the father for crying out loud who would expect this guy to show love when he didn't know the word. He made his own rules .Good ,bad were his rules . I've realized that Saher didn't know how to give love either. When thy found his brother in the old house ,and she so the tears coming down his face ,why didn't she try to hold his hand He did give her his more than once. With the package that he received regarding false material, yes he should have shown her, we didn't know her reaction but he decided to let it go don't stir the mud even more. Now ladies how many of you think that if your husband come to you with pictures, tape with your voice ,letter with your handwriting will come to you and ask ;Honey ,is that true it? Bet my dollar you'll be out the door. And the last mistake, of Saher was the way she reacted to this man bed arrangement and cutting the red heart pillow and throwing it to the ground. She stuck the knife 5 inch deeper in his heart. His reaction? typical to someone with psychological problem -displacement .Instead of yelling at her went outside and kicked his brother's flower pots. Since most of the Turkish series are based on people with psychological problems I like to digest and share . I'm waiting to hear who agrees or disagrees with me. I' m behind happy that at least Yaman continues to show love ,embracing Yusuf still a little hesitant. Enjoy
I do. Yaman is a more complicated character and he's been through a lot. People do not change overnight. It's a long process that takes time, effort and pain. He has changed since the beginning of the story, but when hurt most people withdraw to their comfort zone, and anger is his comfort zone, so it should be reasonable and anticipated.
Yaman personalidade forte explosivo orgulhoso prepotente e ao mesmo tempo conseguiu ver q tem um ser humano dentro desse lindo corpo mas teyze Naz, acha q não é hora dele reconhecer Seher tem se mostrado uma mulher inteligente que não precisa gritar para impor respeito essa novela até parece vida real todos bons atores.
While Im on Team Seher for the file plot, there is something that bothered me in her speech about TRUST. Today she told Yaman that she would have never believed the lies about him because she trusted him. Granted that she didnt believe that he was involved in human trafficking when he was arrested but that’s was because she overheard his conversation with Nedim prior to his arrest. However she blindly believed Ikbal when she told her Ela was Yaman’s ex. She never directly asked Yaman about it nor told him it was Ikbal who misled her. That’s not Trust. While, Yaman didnt tell Seher that Selim was the one who framed him for human trafficking, Yaman and Seher are in this mess because neither of them trusted each other. No just Yaman. Here multiple examples that could have prevented the file mess: - Zuhal tried to kill Seher; Seher didnt trust Yaman enough to tell him and agreed to keep it from him following Ikbal’s advice - Zuhal gave Seher the fake contract for her to sign, when Seher asked Yaman to sign it, Yaman asked her twice where did she got it and if it was Zuhal who gave her that, Seher refused to tell Yaman the truth because she didnt trust him. - Selim trapped her by lying about throwing a party for her with her family, what Seher did? She chose not to tell Yaman about it because she didnt trust him either. Seher always trust Ikbal more than she trust Yaman when Ikbal tells her to conceal information from him. I mean if today Seher was honest and tells Yaman that it was Ikbal who told her Ela was his ex, after hearing Zuhal basically screaming that Ikbal was her accomplice, Yaman could easily connect the dots and link Ikbal to the file as well. But Seher will continue to shield Ikbal because she never truly trusted Yaman either. So Seher lecturing Yaman about Trust is like Pot calling Kettle Black at this point. Rant over

But Nazmiye is without plot so without logic. She twists and creates useless drama for ratings even if it enhances violence against Women. Don’t expect this series to have logic nor goodness, She used Yusuf and created an illness as dreaded as cancer, even if for a few episodes. What more can you ask of her. I am hanging with this series just because of Sila and Hallil and other awesome actors.

Cuando nos llegara ese anhelado momento? Se que Seher hará sufrir un poco bastante a Yaman, ya sea con desplantes, duras palabras o simplemente ignorando lo, el deberá aceptar todo eso ser paciente y luchar cada segundo por reconquistar y curar el destrozado corazón de Seher y el suyo también, se que el corazón de Seher está hecho añicos pero el de Yaman también está destrozado después de descubrir que todo lo que estába en el dossier era falso, y que todo el daño y la humillación que le causó a Seher fue injusto, saber que debería haber actuado diferente pensar que tenía que haberlo hablado con ella y que debía haberle dado la oportunidad de defenderse de algo que ella jamás hizo le va a doler en lo más profundo de su corazón y su alma, ese quizás será el castigo más duro para Yaman, le va a costas encontrar la salida de ese oyó en el que el cayó y arrastró a Seher con el, lo encontrará por lo menos eso espero, que lo encuentre y que el amor entre ellos sea tan grande, fuerte e infinito que nada ni nadie logrará romper, ojalá ocurra pronto, porque de verdad que el tema del dossier está acabando con mi vida😜😜

@@Green31Minerva yo espero que por lo menos al final del capítulo de mañana las aguas hayan empezado a ir a su cauce, de lo que más tengo ganas de ver del capítulo de mañana el enfrentamiento de Seher con Selim y Yaman guardando la distancia y dejando a Seher su espacio para desahogarse con Selim, espero que Yaman por lo menos le cuente a Seher algo más de su pasado del porque es como es, para que ella pueda entenderlo un poco más y quizás empezar a perdonarlo, sabemos que el con palabras no puede disculparse el lo hace mediante pequeñas acciones o pequeños detalles, ella bien sabe de esa faceta de Yaman, solo se disculpo una vez Yaman y fue para salvar la vida de su amada hermosa morena de ojos verdes profundos y serenos, toda ella le da paz a Yaman pero en especial su hermosa mirada es la que más paz le da y que lo tiene totalmente cautivado ojalá mañana aparezca un atizvo de luz en esa terrible oscuridad que envuelve tanto a Yaman como a Seher

Yes in many TV series servants spy for the enemy i.e TV series "No 309 and "Hercai " are two newer examples but here Yaman threat them like family. Each have a story. Edalet was an abused woman. Yaman saved her from that man and gave her home and a job. Cenger was a man who was sent to kill Yaman but when he saw what a good man Yaman was he turned in to a friend and confidant. As you see when he is upset, Yaman ask Cenger to stay and tell him what problem he has and he listens to this man. Yes this is his family. That is why for the wedding he bought them clothes and said they will be his guest not workers. He met Aref baba in jail when he was held as an innocent man for 8 years. After the jail Aref baba became his spiritual father. The meaning of family has changed in the world there are many different kinds of families.
