The #100meter dash is perhaps the most popular event in #ncaatrackandfield but most people don't realize how many fast #sprinting athletes there really are in Division 1.

    • Better than watching the NBA, NFL, or MLB where they only give 50-75% effort.

  • When I watch your videos ,sometimes I get confused and I don't know which athlete you're talking about ,because you show footage of so many athletes at once . You provide great information ,and I like it that you're highlighting athletes that should be noticed , but I wish you had a way to show us who you're talking about .

  • Coach Rob, as of 2024, understanding the science of body mechanics must be fairly advanced. For sprinters, what training can be done to increase fast twitch muscles. Standard training would include diet, running, and weight lifting. It seems to me that something else can be done to increase fast twitch muscles. Squirrels and cheetahs have incredibly reflexive and speedy fast twitch muscles. Human fast twitch muscles are slow compared to most mammals. What can be done? Is there an advanced scientific method that few people have thought of to increase the speed of fast twitch muscles?

  • Because our division one is a microcosm of international athletics in itself or a training field of all world country so they can go back and compete for their countries after they get a free-scholarship ride here, and our student athletes will be negated here in favor of them,,,That’s why I say it’s a microcosm because in real life it’s no different in the job market
