It's crazy how just hearing some of these makes me smell phantom popcorn and hear people whispering and rustling around getting settled. We're so conditioned by years of experience to feel happy anticipation when we hear these intros.

I gotta say that Universal is the best one. So powerful. But I sure do miss going into a theater and getting deafened by the THX logo.
Agreed!
Inujosha that one was close to universal in terms of best movie studio tjeme
Inujosha the MGM was always my favorite
Jaylen Brown I like that one too. But there's just something about the 100th anniversary universal that hits me right in the feels.
Same I'm going to miss thx (even though it used to scare me as a kid lol)
I wonder if the creators knew just how much of a nostalgic impact these logos would leave on us 😭
Also, it's interesting how they're computer generated but revolve around natural elements like sky, clouds, water, space, etc.
For sure. It’s their job. They went to school and probably learned psychology of advertisement.
@@TimMuaEntertainment Probably. But what about other logos that aren't so memorable?

These logos/intros have always given me nostalgia!
Paramount Intro: *plays* Everyone: "Did someone hit mute by accident? Where's the remote?"
I don't know. For some reason unlike Disney they didn't use multiple versions of this intro in this video for some reason
This has always been my favorite part of a movie. Everyone is settled in and a hush falls through the crowd. Hopefully, a beautiful symphonic piece plays while you’re rushed through clouds or another ethereal plane. A little boy fishing in the sky. Something that feels magical. I love it.
Universal 100th Anniversary Is the best.. When it comes on everyone shuts up because they know this is about to be good.

In reality, they are all owned by 7 companies for the most part. Disney, Fox, Universal, Warner bros., Paramount, Colombia, and MGM. But now Fox is part of Disney.....
