@@aidenfisher5679 I believe campaign finance would not be tried in a state court, and falsifying business records is a misdemeanor and if it was back in 2015 would be past the statue of limitations. Still waiting for a criminal case, doesn’t appear to be here..

@@albertoserrano67um...I don't think you know how perjury and contempt actually work. And the Bible isn't an actual requirement anymore. It used to be that only Christians and "God-fearing" people could give sworn testimony in court because those were the only people who would actually tell the truth. Now most of the time, people just raise their hand and affirm they won't lie under penalty of perjury, and perjury requires proof that they lied. If the guy is already presenting a hearsay testimony, then that's almost unprovable. Which is why it's generally not permitted as evidence in the first place.
