Prepping the Polytunnel Pt 2 | No Dig Beds, Seed Starting & Getting Jobs Done!

It's part 2 of our polytunnel prep, and we're kicking it into high gear to get this space ready for peak growing season!
In this video, we'll be expanding the in-ground growing area by putting in some more no-dig beds made from repurposed top soil and bark. There's also a number of jobs we just need to get done to keep the outside garden ticking along and to avoid falling behind this season - its a jobs list kinda day.

I keep forgetting to ask do the goslings have a coop for nighttime? Wow you would think you’ve had that poly for years Sam, it looks fab you’ve both worked really hard. Love the dog running back and forth 😅😅. Great to,check off things isn’t it. Have a superb week Sam and happy growing, Ali 🌞🇨🇦
He doesn't bloody stop - until we go inside and then he's off. The big goslings have a coop out in the field, the little ones are in the stables overnight with the heat lamp still. Absolutely knackered after all that - almost didn't complain when the rain started today 😂
Really looking fab, well done! We’ve had similar issues with our brassicas - the first lot got slugged like yours when they were small so I grew the second lot on to a good size hoping they would resist the munching and they got decimated by pigeons with days 🙈. I’ll have to concede and net things I think but I always find it gets so weedy when it’s netted over as it is a faff to get to the beds - ah the joys! And yet I wouldn’t want to spend time anywhere else 😂😂
Agree about the netting - so weedy! Wish I didn't like brassicas so much 😂

The polytunnel looks great! I love watching your doggy run, run and run; he seems to never tire. Was that wind I heard or are you on a flight path?
He crashes out the second we head inside but gosh does he love to run 😂 The RAF do training flights this way from the base over on Anglesey - can be crazy loud sometimes. Did actually have a few days of sunshine and no wind!
We have just got back from a week staying on a campsite near Aberaeron looking at the area and properties with a bit of land to do the same as you. Lovely area, and lots of potential new homes!
