But if i invested 15k instead of just 5k i would've Been investing 25lakhs in 15 years but also in return I could've earned 4500000 in 15 years!!! More investment more profit!!! But I also don't wanna stress myself alot! As i am yet to complete my studies first!!!

3 साल से sip kr रहा था । अभी भी रिटर्न -ve है । ये सच है mutual funds long term me लगभग 10-12 percent return de देंगे , पर guarantee नहीं है । मेरे खयाल से 60%पैसा real estate me लगाना चाहिए, 15%का गोल्ड ले लेना चाहिए 5%fd में , 10%debt fund me और 10%equity fund me। Jab भी मार्केट गिरे, debt fund से पैसे निकाल के इक्विटी में डाल दो , जब मार्केट उपर हो, वापिस आधा पैसा debt me लगा दो यही सही स्ट्रेटजी है।

FD and some mutual fund works at almost similar rate. Like MF gives 16%p. a. but this for 3Yrs not per year mean to say per year 5.33%p.a and FD also give 5.2, 5.5%p.a after 3yr it will also give 16 to 17% return.

भाई आपके मोटिवेशनल वीडिओज़ अच्छे और ज्ञानवर्धक होते है। किन्तु पैसा बढ़ाने के लिए ये इस वीडियो में जो आप म्युचल फण्ड स्टॉक्स में इन्वेस्ट वाली बात बता रहे है, ये आम मध्यम वर्गीय व्यक्ति के लिए कभी सफल या फायदे का सौदा नहीं हो सकता। क्योंकि आज के दौर में लुट हाई टेक् हो चुकी है, वे अब बड़े बड़े उद्योगपत्तियो की सक्सेस स्टोरी सुना सुना कर इन फंड्स में छोटे निवेश्कों के पैसे लगवा कर अंततः उन्हें बर्बाद करवा ही देते है, क्योंकि ये है तो एक सट्टा ही, हाँ जो टॉप पर बैठे है उनको क्रीम जरूर मिलती है। मेरी समझ में एक आम आदमी सर्वप्रथम अपनी सुरक्षित आर्थिक और सामाजिक सुरक्षा चाहता है, इस लिए उसे कम से कम अपनी साल भर की तनख्वाह के बराबर की fd, ताकि विपरीत समय में तुरन्त नकद की व्यवस्था हो सके जो म्यूच्यूअल फण्ड में नहीं। पोस्ट ऑफिस mis स्कीम में पैसा लागए return कम है किन्तु रुपया सुरक्षित होने के साथ मासिक इनकम होती रहती है, और ज्यादा कमाई होतो सोने या जमीन में निवेश करना चाहिए। क्योंकि ये सब चाहे मिश्रित return देते है, पर मेहनत की कमाई को कभी फोरफिट नहीं होने देते। धन्यवाद।
