So why does age matter? The 60 and 70 year old classic rock artists put the younger generations to shame. That is because we had to create from what we had it was hard. There was no auto tune and no electronics…. and that is why those 70-year olds will forever be super talented. 🤷♀️
@@raechelyndawn2580 Because, as someone who is in my 60th year, I know what aging can do the body and soul. People slow down, their voices and stamina are not the same, etc. The list goes on and on. When I see women like Heart and Stevie Nicks still touring and doing their thing, it is an inspiration.

I know that they have sung and re-sung all of their songs over and over and over yet still I am in awe Of how they can still knock out, not only their songs, but the songs of others so easily and even now with voices that can melt your heart and still put goosebumps on your arm.

As they say, Kelly can sing the phone book and it will be beautiful!!! Such a powerhouse voice she is so blessed sed to have!! She was the first idol to win and one of the best ever to be on American idol!!! But Ann's huge power voice is still amazing after 40 yrs!!! I love both of them together!!! But also hearing Nancy's folk voice was great to hear, too. Three great talents together as that was awesome!!!❤And Nancy killing that guitar...wow she still can jam!!! All 3 are true rock star🎉🎉💚💯💯💯

These women are legends! And, so humble with the talent they have. NOTHING like what passes for talent today, auto tuned to the max, songs written by others, massive egos with zero talent. Ann and Nancy have CLASS. And, not only could I listen to their music on constant replay, but listen to their stories non stop! Ann Wilson is female version vocally of Robert Plant. If jimmy page wants zep back she's the gal for the job! watch her sing stairway to heaven at the Kennedy center honors show for Zep. Unreal! ROCK ON ladies!!!!!

Before Heart was famous, it was a Led Zeppelin covers band. Even when Heart became famous, there was some Led Zeppelin covers put in their recordings such as Rock 'n' Roll.

Dog & Butterfly is their best record! Everything was perfect, their state of mind was just right. lol In my top 10 dessert island records. 'Mistral Wind' is the best way to end that record, surreal. Especially on vinyl. The bass!

I saw these ladies' 47 years this August at Convention Hall in Asbury Park, New Jersey. It was their "Little Queen " tour and the day Elvis died. Someone had a transistor radio outside while we were waiting to go in and heard the news. As Nancy said, they were big fans of Led Zeppelin, and they closed the show with "Rock and Roll" dedicated to the King.
@vernhoke7730 The time you saw Heart in New Jersey also happened to be three weeks after the somewhat conflicted ending of the 1977 U.S. Tour by Led Zeppelin at the Oakland Coliseum in California when the original four members played what three years later proved to be their last ever U.S. concert appearance, when singer Robert Plant was notified his young son had died of a illness and the drummer John Bonham along with Led Zep manager Peter Grant were badly roughing up someone in the backstage area at the Coliseum, the stories about what occured that day have all been substantiated in other volumes written about the band and I'm certain can easily be accessed with Google. On the day of the New Jersey concert that you saw Heart performing, I was in a week long football summer preseason camp with my high school varsity team, the camp was being held at a private school that a few decades later would be discontinued that was located in the small town of Spring Grove in the southern area of Pennsylvania, about halfway between Hanover, Pa. and York, Pa., the coach of my football team was the true life character that was dramatized by actor Denzel Washington in the Hollywood Disney movie "Remember The Titans". The coach was heading into his seventh year as the coach for the team at that point in time, those scenes in the film at the camp were mostly close to being what I also experienced that week although the screenplay storyline of the movie was almost completely fictionalized. Over the six weeks leading up to the night that you saw Heart in New Jersey, my younger brother and I were buying up the entire Led Zeppelin album catalog, a couple albums each at a time at a E.J. Korvettes department store until we had the full set of their albums at the end of that same week when you saw Heart perform in New Jersey. Thanks for allowing me to share my unsolicited recollections of that week in August.

I am SO SO glad the sisters are back together. I never liked it when they were apart. It makes them WHOLE again. And not just as the group Heart. But as two siblings that share the same blood. That's what's most important. Because life is just to damn short not to folks. Now onto Ann Wilson is her voice not timeless...!!! This woman has TRULY been gifted. I have been told i have a vocal gift but i am no where near what Ann is. She's just in a different class altogether. She pampers and takes care of her voice as the instrument it is. And i think in fact i know that is what has preserved it all these years. This will probably be their final tour together. So i wish them the best in spreading their music to the masses. Whether it be old fans or new. For the new fans your in for one helluva treat...!!!

I met Ann Wilson, personally. She was at WDW, scheduled to sing at The House Of Blues. I was working there at the time and I personally took care of her, briefly. She was as beautiful and as gracious as you could imagine. I'll never forget that day.

I’m crying. When perfection meets perfection it’s out of this world perfection.
I grew up in Bellevue, Washington and actually went to Sammamish HS during the 80's. I saw Heart around 1981 or 1982 (can't remember) in the Seattle coliseum. The band Firefall opened up for them. Heart was great. I absolutely love the albums Dream Boat Annie and Dog and Butterfly. The songwriting and musicianship is fabulous. All these years later and Ann and Nancy are still as beautiful and talented as ever. This music takes me back to wonderful times.
I would love to see Heart in concert. This is next best. Thank you so much for sharing. 🌿❤️❤️❤️🌿

Heart is my all time favorite! One of the best concerts I have EVER been to! They blazed the trail for so many, and still sound amazing! So happy they are getting recognized for their massive amount of talent and for their contribution to music! And, as others have said, do yourself a favor and watch their performance of “Stairway to Heaven” at the Kennedy Center Tribute to Led Zeppelin. They made grown men cry with that performance!
