He made the same mistake though that lots of actors did - took political sides in a really vocal way. Casting directors, producers, pay attention to "has this person eliminated half the movie-going population who vote?" if the answer is yes, it's a business decision from there. Bob Deniro is another example. It's 100% fine to have political leanings but there are ways to go about it without making film investors become leery to hire you for projects that need to make money - from as many moviegoers as possible.

So fricken hilarious, had to pause the tape (vhs) several times. all of us laughed so hard, the next day, it felt like we had done 300 sit-ups. It's now on CD. I remember when I was at the cinema and was going to see Ace Ventura 2. The opening scene where they zoom in on the mountain side, you see camera zoom in on the face of the man climbing and there Jim turns his head in his typical Jim way, and that one person in the cinema cries out laughing and everyone starts to laugh. Perfect opening second of a comedy movie! 😂😂

He made the same mistake though that lots of actors did - took political sides in a really vocal way. Casting directors, producers, pay attention to "has this person eliminated half the movie-going population who vote?" if the answer is yes, it's a business decision from there. Bob Deniro is another example. It's 100% fine to have political leanings but there are ways to go about it without making film investors become leery to hire you for projects that need to make money - from as many moviegoers as possible.
