  • If I mistake not,this is Chinese Ming dynasty style. You did a great job with simple tools.I noticed you sawed along the line but always gave some space to cut with a chisel for a higher accuracy. I learned a lot, thank you, master!

  • The guy is a genius! I'm amazed how he saws the joints to near his marks, the paring them to fit with what must be very sharp chisels -- not even a rebate plane or similar. I wish that I was 1/2 as good!!

  • Is there a purpose to attaching/removing it several times before finishing it off. Don't get me wrong, very satisfying to watching all the gaps perfectly disappear, just wondering if there was a purpose.
