my soul is raped I hate living on earth 44 years of hell and suffering rage and grief and terror consume every cell of my being I want to die I MUST REMEMBER THIS: my ex so-called best-friend is their own person: with their own life, own suffering, own traumas etc. wish them well and let them go, their story is not relevant to you anymore.... AND THIS: when someone treats you like they don't care, believe them.
