Town of Salem is a browser-based game that challenges players on their ability to convincingly lie as well as detect when other players are lying. The game ranges from 7 to 15 players. These players are randomly divided into alignments - Town, Mafia, Serial Killers, Arsonists and Neutrals. If you are a Town member (the good guys) you must track down the Mafia and other villains before they kill you. The catch? You don’t know who is a Town member and who is a villain. If you are an evil role, such as a Serial Killer, you secretly murder town members in the veil of night and try to avoid getting caught.

I think the Mayor is intentionally asking for roles outside of the usual VFR order to try to catch any evils who haven't come up with a fake claim yet.

Quite honestly, famine and berserker are the 2 roles you want alive for this list, especially famine, famine killing everyone except other horsemen and breaded people is insane in this mode

Yeah in this mode the horsemen are a faction just like the coven, they win or lose together

They're all the neutral apocalypse faction, they win together.

I loved how the stars aligned there on that last day linking the breaded 10 to the unbreaded admirer 13 meaning that they were both dying that night.

They really need to rework PB, as it stands it's the weakest horseman both before and after transforming
It really feels like being evil this list is really unbalanced, not in that it’s unfair vs town but that it’s unfair vs your other teammates. Famine is so much more powerful than War who in itself is so so much more powerful than PB and SC that the evil faction is basically just “Famine, his teammate Berzerker, and their two minions”

Cool game, loved that we get to see the other apocalypse roles all at once. Kinda frustrated that 9 felt that you had to whisper them first. I know they felt a sense of betrayal but had you whispered them before you turned on them, people might even find that as a reason to sus you out. Not only that, there's some sort of comradery to getting buss'd because there's some cool gameplay and tricks where both people work to make the bussing seem realistic without even talking. Such as the person getting lynched could say " 4 and (a few other numbers that aren't apocalypse) is apocalypse trying to mislynch, don't listen to them"
finally! I've been looking for some baker gameplay for a while. my fav role concept wise :D
More interesting than the TOS2 Coven games though it's worth noting that town did half the work for the Horsemen between the Jailor's bad execution, the Veteran lolblapping another townie (both Investigators, naturally since most TIs are now a liability more often than an asset to town in this brave new world of power-role shootouts) and the lover ensuring a 2-for-1. Still, I'd rather see more of this than Coven just roflstomping town completely by D4.
IMO apocalypses should all have their own win screen

It's possible. You just need to have good claims.
Death works fine as a backup, you just have to survive long enough. Just war and pest is insanely hard, maybe impossible vs a good town.

I think admirers should be NE not town and that they joined with the faction of the person that they proposed to and it doesn’t tell the role of them to all just that the admirer and the person they propose to so you know they are on the same team and let’s the admirer talk to the faction or if it’s town or neutral evil neutral, killing or the apocalypse they only talk to the person they propose to but still die if the person they propose to dies so it help all out and let’s them be evil and town not know
That makes Admirer a Kingmaker, which ToS2 is trying to avoid
If they made it NE and it sides with whoever they propose to’s faction I think it would be much better. I also think if it was like this it should only show the admirer their lovers role

for the whole kingmaker problem you could technically give them a time limit or a “players dead” limit before they’re completely forced to decide
@@sandman720 I agree it stopped kingmakers and stopped evils from says no and dieding either way the evil person dies but this way Town doesn’t know the evil
The sad thing is I had to search for a famine win just to see famine exist. Of all the creators I do watch play this, NONE of them have had a famine transformation. Death war and Pest have happened but nope baker can't get 3 bread up and starve to death.

For me I say poisoner, it should have two traditional poisons, but with a twist N0 when it happens the person is notified of being poisoned, if healed it cures right away and gives notification N1 if they aren't healed in some way, it's a force roleblock, so even if the person was roleblocked the night before they are again. If you are healed you get the poisoned but healed message and you perform your nightly action. It should say in chat "Your poison made you too sick to perform your nightly action. You will die tomorrow if you are not healed." N2 you die unless you are healed. And maybe another force roleblock. The poisoner can perform one of those poisons on a night, then 3 nights after (second killing poison happens after first person dies) In-between poisoner has ToS2 roleblocks
