Man he's looking good. I hope he gets good coaching at the next level
Why he is terrible come game time. Good coaching can't fix performance anxiety.
@@creedhayman5953 his team around him was horrible
@@uzzig600 yes they were but at the same time he would disappear for games at a time and I do think it was because he would lose confidence in himself at times
@@uzzig600 you can’t blame 54% comp rating on receivers

I never seen a linebacker be this good at quarterback
Jim Kelly was a linebacker recruit for Penn State then went to Miami to play QB
Josh Allen
Tim Tebow
I’m a Gator and bless Josh Allen for succeeding in this style therefore giving GVO Anthony this opportunity. Jalen hurts too.
I could've done it back in the day
Regardless of what team he goes to, I'll be rooting for him
I'm looking forward to him play on Sunday, hope he can transform into another Cam Newton or Josh Allen, fun players to watch.
Same
Welcome to Detroit
His measurables are like came newton but Richardson is 244 which is more I think than cam. Those deep balls were wow.
That man coming to Carolina #KeepPounding
Also: He was wavering all around the track on the 40. If he runs a straight line, he clocks 4.40, possibly lower.
I noticed the same thing
I was just thinking that
You're right but a lot of players do that , we just don't get to see it from that angle most of the time
facts with bad form he got a 4.4. He could run a 4.29 with correct form
I saw that too,I'm a track guy and noticed that too
The way he moves off the start of the 40 is unreal dude just teleported 10 yards down the field
Here's the backflip he did at the end - kzhead.infolezoVMIMB3U?feature=share
LMAO
What's crazy is he had a lot of side to side movement on that 1st run
Acceleration is so important for running QBs, that’s one of the reasons lamar is so good at running
@@jonahcannon2820Lamar is that QB you cannot give open field to. He’s gone 🏃🏾♂️ 💨
Them deep throws were a thing of beauty
As a Gators fan now I know why he played like he didn’t want to get hurt . He killed the combine . Go Gators 😎👍
Napier did him a service too. Protected him and called an offense that prepared him for the NFL. It didn't result in wins for Florida, but shows that he cares about his guys.
He knew the whole year so did billy
@@acct5910 gotta be satire
@@viyzo1183 Napier made an early push to get AR stats after the Utah game when he started getting Heisman hype. Once it was clear that AR was out of the Heisman race though (~week 4), they abandoned the idea of running AR a lot, and focused on keeping him healthy. Especially since Miller hurt his thumb and there was no backup.
He was truly a disappointment at FLA! All that Heisman hype to look like trash but hey he is an athlete with a strong arm.
Love how they showed Tebow and Cam Newton’s comparison. Florida has been blessed with some great QBs.
Cam Newton went to Auburn

17-5 TD/Int last 9 games of the season is all you need to know. With NFL coaching and some patience, he will hit big
As far as the qb position goes, the combine probably proves the least in terms of how good you actually are. But man, this dude is a physical FREAK.
He’s an extremely cerebral quarterback with tons of power and raw potential. And those deep balls… my god. Excited to watch him develop. 🐊
He’s bigger than cam newton weight wise which is insane
AR is an athletic freak! He’s definitely going top 3 in the draft….especially if they need a franchise QB…this man is it!

U and me both lol
@@LeekMontana I know it doesn’t mean much as far as game time but bro he just flicked it 60 yards like it was a bug on his finger and by all accounts he throws darts. I’m just hype man almost as much as when we got Luck.
If any draft scouts reading this AR also got the best QB swag in the class +10
That’s an insane level of overall athleticism. Could probably play DE if he wanted…and he has an absolute cannon. Insane
It seems like he could play anywhere for real
He’s probably better off trying out DE because he’s a terrible quarterback lmao
Struggled a bit with the out routes, but my God that deep ball is a thing of beauty.
Your analysis is on point my sir..🤙
I see the receiver having to slow down on a lot of those deep balls. Not seeing how anyone can be super impressed with these clips. A lot of high inaccurate throws and throws leading the receiver to far towards the sideline. Should have stayed another year.
@@DEEZYD1230 only the last one slowed down...
Out routes are the most difficult .
What I noticed was a consistent tendency to wait and watch for the receiver to make the cut out before making the throw - in other words, he didn’t approach the route with anticipation or internal/drop back timing. I also saw (and heard) that his throwing motion begins with a ball-pat - this is a correctable mechanical issue that is costing fractions of a second, and affecting the late arriving incomplete passes. A NFL QB’s job is to throw on time to the open window schemed by the coaches; and the NFL WR job is to have hands in that window on time and make a play on the ball. If AR plays with tunnel vision on teammates rather than reading the defenders and anticipating the open/closing of space and coverage gaps on the field, he’s going to learn first hand that it’s the Not-For-Long business.
I am biased as a colts fan but this guy looks like a superstar. Humble but confident. Good luck
Anthony Richardson next big NFL star 👏👏👏
What a stud. Best combine performance ever. I am picking him as #1 quarterback in the 2023 draft. May God bless him.
First throws on the field he will now call home 🐎
This draft class looks really good man. So much talent it’s unbelievable
Its actually seen as a weaker class this year
You say that every year
Hope he get a decent o-line wherever he goes
decent ain't even good enough. He'd best avoid las vegas out of all the teams that need a quarterback.

Him and stroud are the 2 QBs I want my team to draft, but after watching Stroud in these drills, you can see how much work AR15 has to do to polish the little things, but man is this guy a freak of nature. His deep ball is a thing of beauty when he's on, and he's a terror in the open field. Cam Jackson.

This is some kind of athlete right here. Jesus.
I saw Jay Cutler throw like 83 yards in training camp with such a weird, no Fs given attitude. It was like he didn’t even want to be there- but his arm was seriously like magic. a guy named Cam Meridith dropped it. Jay just shook his head like a disappointed dad, twitched his head a little , and then walked to the sideline. He ignored me asking for his autograph obviously 😂
The value is off the charts. Potential to be a great QB with his arm strength and mobility, and even if that doesn't work he can play any other skill position on offense.
After the rookie contract is up, I'd move him to RB if it doesn't work out at QB. He's special and would only be 24 with relatively fresh legs.
@@YardenHaddad NO!! RB is the worst position possible Make that man a tight end if an NFL coach fails at developing him Have him sit a year or 2 behind a veteran, and if it doesn't work out, Tight End

You must not have seen him throw it at Florida. Whoever drafts him in the first round is throwing away their pick.
@@mizzou1016 draft him and let him sit
It always amazes me that people watch the combine and think the performance somehow shows a great football player. It only shows athletic ability.
As a Seahawks fan, I honestly think Anthony Richardson would be a fantastic franchise quarterback. There's a TON of upside and potential with him. I never knew about him until this video but now i'm following him to see where he ends up. Geno Smith is great but the Seahawks need to round out their rebuild with a solid franchise QB and Richardson looks great for that role.
Richardson has all the physical traits but misses reads and is inaccurate a lot. Only had a 54% completion percentage in college, that's extremely worrying. I got Bryce and CJ over him easily, his bust probability is really high imo but if it works out obviously he would be amazing.
@@durantburner7428 I never cared about stats like that. Tom Brady is a perfect example of never put stats above heart and determination. I see something in Richardson that stood out personally so i'm curious to see where he goes and how he does.
@@durantburner7428 He is athletic but raw, somebody need teach him how to cook based on the recipe. In his mind, he doesn't give F*$# about recipe, he gonna just run like Lamar Jackson and score touchdown.
I think him, D.K. And Lockett would be lethal wit those deep throws💰🎯 but I think Pete could straighten him out into a solid QB

This guy is an absolute beast. Probably the most interesting player to look at in the draft.
Damn he's my #1 qb in this draft

He killed it
@@creedhayman5953 I don’t get all the hype after this clip. I see a lot of high inaccurate throws or throws taking the receiver too far towards the sideline. He should have stayed another year in college
@@creedhayman5953 I don't know what film you watched. I saw a 1st year starter get handed the keys to an offense, start incredibly slowly (because he was a first year starter) and grow into the job down the stretch. But at the end of the day, once that last class left with Kyle Trask, it was a wrap for UF. Richardson's raw, don't get me wrong. But there's a difference between "raw" and "bad." He definitely has a ways to go, but dude was coming off the bench and touching the ball 6 times to put it in the end zone 4 times. He'd have been further along if UF didn't tie itself to Emory Jones as a reward for him losing 3 straight starter battles.
That’s the best long ball in stride I’ve seen in the combine/pro day. Usually the WRs had to turn or comeback a little. He gently tossed it to the opposing 30. It looked like he could another 15-25 if he wanted to.
Anthony Richardson have one best Combine ever🔥🔥🔥🔥
as a gators fan and a seahawks fan, this kid would be so good up in seattle. he would be like Russ but just bigger and stronger. hope seattle takes a chance at him if he is still there when they pick

From a Gator and Seahawk fan of course you'd think he'd be good up in Seattle. 🙄🤦♂️
@@vichess7315 yep
I AGREE..
He’d be an absolute monster in Steichen’s system
Except that hurts is an actual qb and this guy is an inaccurate combine superstar that’s the biggest bust I’ve ever seen. If someone takes him in the 4th round though that’s decent value
@@michaelmero426 I always find it comical when the KZhead draft experts speak in absolutes and “know” when someone is going to be a bust. You just sound angry
@@notthatguy4062 nah just think it’s funny this guy gets heaps of praise when he’s played all of 12 or 13 games in his career lmao. And he’s been absolutely pathetic in those games. Yet somehow gets a pass from any criticism that anyone else would get being picked that high. He’s a worse version of Will Levis 😂
@@michaelmero426 who’s giving him a pass? Every major network I’ve seen has said the same exact thing about the guy - that he’s a project and the very few games he has played he’s been wildly inconsistent. He’s being drafted top 5 because no other QB in history has his combination of athletic. That of course along with the fact this QB class was weak. Teams are simply betting on what he could become
Damn, that was impressive 👏
You can tell he left some off with the deep ball to make them catchable, the other qbs were putting everything they had into it
He looks very good. Reminds me of how I felt when watching Herbert in the combine. I think he will be very successful in the NFL.
Amazing
Wow this receiver is gonna be explosive 🔥🔥
This is what you call a real athlete
“He prides himself on accuracy.” Dude had a 58.3 passer rating in college.😂
I can't wait to see this dude play in the league I think he can be great
this new generation of QBs really flipped the switch from pocket generals to RQBs
Taller, bigger, right handed version of Michael Vick. As physically gifted as any QB prospect in NFL history. The question is: Can he be developed into an NFL QB? Reminds me of a story from 40-45 years ago. A skills contest was held where QB's threw the ball up the side of a hotel (True!). Dan Pastorini reached the 7th floor. Johnny Unitas (by then retired) said: "His receivers were on the 2nd floor..."
you forgot Warren Moon
He's not shifty like Vick, straight line speed yes, but his hips are super stiff when moving laterally

No way man stroud hands down has the best arm overall
@Bods4Dads Aquil I don't know what combine you watched, but Richardson DEFINENTLY threw the better deep ball.
@@user-gm4kv2my4u that don’t mean he has more accurate pass it just mean he has more of a cannon than stroud. All I’m saying is all round power, accuracy, and mechanics stroud is the better option.
@Bods4Dads Aquil except his deep balls were more accurate. He had a smooth, effortless release compared to Stround winding up for the deep balls. Yes CJ is far and away the better prospect overall. Richardson is clearly raw and will need to put in the work if he wants to become the sum of all of his parts. But we weren't talking about that. We were talking about arm strength and who threw the better deep ball. That was Richardson.
that throw at 4:38 was beautiful. didn't even look like he was trying
He got the hardware for athleticism and arm strength and if we want to be critical then he could work on his throwing accuracy. Some of his throws were slightly overthrown or too high and the wrs that adjusted had to go out of bounds. However that is something that he can learn and get better at so he has great potential. The 70yd bombs were honestly surprising.

I wanted to see him crank one 70. How many times do we need to see him nonchalantly throw it 60.
I think the colts should stay at four and take him. He would work great in the Shan Steichen/ Philadelphia system where they need a incredibly athletic qb that can run, and they have a elite rb that can take some of the workload. Do it indy.
Indy wants the small quarterback
@@slimischillin7753 Are they willing to risk it for Bryce
Yeah I hope my colts do this. We’ve always gotten strictly pocket passers. Luck could run a little but this guy could totally change the culture of the offense for the better I think.
The guy threw 2500 yards, only 17tds to 9ints. When the colts are losing games because he’s missing key throws in big moments you’re gonna wish you had a pure passer. Running qbs don’t win super bowls

There is some good potential there, but he definitely needs refinement. I don't think he's ready to start that's for sure.

I watched him play his first game of the 2021 season he had three of the most spectacular plays I had ever seen. Particularly, one where he jumped over a defender who was standing up. Insane!
