@KillaCaliHustle Maul's character has been fleshed out a whole lot in Star Wars: Clone Wars and then further in the Rebels series. Clone Wars is excellent, Rebels not so much.
@Luciphell yes I know I'm an OG SW head. But those are all animated which brings me back to my point of wr haven't seen him since that weak cameo. I loved his clone wars arc. But u wanna see him in the flesh again. If he wasn't already dead I'd love to see a flashback in the Mando-Verse movie or something

Andor showed one thing, Disney still hasnt picked up on... if you want to do multi-faceted, multi-media story telling, you need to BUILD THE WORLD in EACH of those media forms. Comics generally do it better. Movies, well just throw 150m in CGI at it and thrn claim "its for kids" so it doesnt need a writer with any kind of brain. (And DONT FORGET THE PRODUCT PLACEMENT!!! gotta sell kids the latest disney drone....)

Well, seeing how Darth Maul's story doesn't end after Phantom and goes on to Clone Wars (which is only animated), not many people watched it comparatively. This, like stated, is going to be from a book, so the percentage is far lower that people read it. That being said Darth Maul is one of the Siths that alot of fans want to know more about even if they watched and read the other material, but by default, it can't be any worse than the newer Star Wars movies or Obi Wan. Me myself I'm excited to see it as opposed to just reading it.
