As a Niner fan, Give credit to the Ravens they deserve it. Give credit to Lamar he’s straight up mvp as of now. We got our asses handed to us. Not making excuses. But i do feel the Niners will learn from this and play a lot better the next time if they get a chance. I saw a lot of laziness by Kyle. This is not the way to beat the ravens. Coming from a run first offense. They didn’t do Jack. Offensive line couldn’t hold the D. Purdy got crucified for taking too long. Yes there were injuries but i think they were not prepared at all to face them. They knew it was the hardest game for them this season yet, they wanted to showcase too much. Too many dropped balls. Receivers couldn’t catch all of a sudden. Wtf. But damn that ravens team is the best team in the nfl right now. I’d be surprised if they don’t go all the way. But every dog has his day. Things can change in the nfl real quick. Niners will bounce back I’ll promise you that.

I just hope they stay cool headed, healthy and with a chip. It really does seem like more of a complete team than years prior tho. Outside of the lemar deal. The draft of hamilton, flowers and the trade for roquan have been epic for this team. And than just quality depth stepping up with guys like likely and stone. I'm crossing my fingers and hoping for the best this offseason..... either way it should be fun and good to watch football.

I live in Bmore and grew up a Lions fan until the Ravens came to Bmore. This is the greatest season, I want lions vs ravens super bowl
I've been to about 10 nfl stadiums. Pat always talks about the ravens "real" home field advantage. Of all the stadiums I've been to baltimore was probably the most rambunctious and the second loudest stadium I've been to. Yet it's never discussed nationally unless you talk to ex players. Teddy brusci also said it was one of the roughest places he played.
I've heard the announcers talk about it a couple times this year. Players like Tom Brady has said the same thing in interviews shown this year, it's definitely talked about. Especially after the noise caused one of the opponents to have a delay of game penalty because they couldn't hear the play. May have been Burrow? I forget, now.
@@hhastethats happened more than a few times at Ravens stadium. The soundwaves cause some violent vibrations, feels like an earthquake. You can feel the electricity in the air. Definitely rattles some opponents

While I love this game happened I like my Ravens better as underdogs. Crushing the Niners now has the Ravens up on a pedestal and I feel like that will be a tougher place to play from. Hopefully they can stay healthy!

Browns have played 4 QBs: 10-5, Steelers have played 3 QBs: 8-7, Bengals have played 2 QBs: 8-7. Not only is this the best division in the league, but it is a constant reminder to all the "Lamar is carrying us" fans out there - the Ravens are not victims. The best clip is at 2:22 where Hamilton, blitzing from the nickel spot, is pancaked, with Banks laying on top of him (high-low penalty called on this block) but Hamilton gets up, runs across the field and snags the tip-drill-INT. This sequence should be mandatory viewing for every young player in the country to teach them about not giving up on a play and running to the ball.

Did we watch the same game? Bully? The 49ers ran on the Ravens at will. The 49ers defense held THEM to 102 yards of running, despite being on the field all day. That's the Ravens's strength, lol. The 49ers had 336 yards receiving & 102 yards rushing. They had their way with the Ravens Defense. What you saw was Kyle get outcoached like he does in big games & a second year QB make some bad decisions and a couple of fluke plays that ended in INTs. Lamar was gifted 4 INTs by his defense, he didn't "win".

It was a throwaway game for the 49ers. They played a vanilla game. No reason to show the Ravens anything now when they may see them again. Ravens played a good game but they didn't see the full playbook.

9ers have always struggled against mobile QBs, also not great against the run in general. If you were going to create an offense designed to beat 49ers, it'd pretty much be the Ravens. Add to that a great D-line and a game-wrecker like Clowney and you've got a great team. Purdy looked flustered for the first time ever.
I could be the only person to think this, but I was actually glad that they felt disrespected by all the analysts and the 5.5 underdog spread that was against them. Because they were able to prove on the field what they could do. When Lamar was drafted, everyone loved his play but when they needed to win the most (playoffs) they could not do it. Last night was a pissed off and angry team, which is what they needed to do. The injuries to Dobbins, Andrews, and even Mitchell forced this team to buckle down and make plays. They're winning the games that they NEED to win to put themselves in a better position. But watch when the playoffs come around, because the narrative will change when that happens.

I think after that game the Ravens are the clear front runner. Outside of them, the race is wide open. There isn’t a team around that doesn’t have genuine weaknesses. There’s really a decent chance of an all wild card Super Bowl this year.

How many players have over 1000 all purpose yards on the 49ers? 3 players, CMC, Deebo, Aiyuk, and Kittle has 991 yards so damn near 4 players. You know how many the Ravens got? None, the closest is Zay flowers at just over 800 yards. Lamar has 4143 total yards and Purdy has 4190 total yards with all those weapons. Lamar is also the leading rusher on his team
Lamar is in the MVP conversation every year because he's a gamechanger. That's what he showed against the 49ers. Steve Wilkes contained his legs, slowed him early, and ate a salty L for Christmas. In a game where the defense bought all the time you could ask for, we saw what we saw.

Ravens should be undefeated. Those 3 loses were 4th qtr leads blown. But they may not have figured things out without the loses. Lamar has taken a giant leap this year, specifically after that 3rd loss with his pocket awareness. His ability to extend plays with a pass first mindset is keeping him healthy and making them unpredictable on offense.
