Nice to see someone else do this. I've done rebuilds like this around 30 times, only Volvo. I take out the entire dashboard in one piece, with almost everything attached to it. In this case it would have been harder considering the damage to the pedal plate but probably still doable. The roof liner can be tricky on some FM variants, sometimes the only way in and out of the cab is to take the windshield out. Nice work man.

Amazing work there mate, as said above how do you remember where it all goes and in the right order? Presumably it’s cheaper than just getting a fully trimmed cab and then selling off the damaged one for parts?
The cab is like a big jigsaw puzzle and is designed to be build as fast as possible in the factory. It's only a small variety of screws and nuts that's being used. It can be a bit fiddly from time to time, but it's not that hard for a great mechanic like Sebastian. The problem with fully trimmed cabs is the software(apart from cost), Volvo delivers them without programming any of the ECU's. And I guess they're not that keen on supplying software outside of the official dealer network...
It has to be a severe damage. The impact has moved the steeringwheel to the wrong side og the cab (😅)
