The cat took relaxation to another level
Yeah, he was like “you two need to just chill out a bit”.
😻
😆
Cat is to cool
😂😂
Hey man, this really hit me. My lady passed in 2021. We were a team that worked like that. She was fearless. We did construction and auto mechanics, not trucking but intense just the same. She taught me how to cook. I miss her. Doubt I'll ever find anyone close to Leigh. Much love to you two👊🏻
Anyone wanting a good wife should go to the Philippines.
@@paulshamblin6260you got that right they will stick with you no matter what. Way better than the (see how much child support I can get American women). I got a Gem that's for sure so glad I went. Met mine online and all I can say is she's awesome.
@@paulshamblin6260 amen to that! Lucky husband here 🙋🏽
I'm sorry for all the pain you've had to suffer. She undoubtedly meant the world to you and would have undoubtedly wanted you to be happy.
This guy is a creep what are you talking about! This is what’s wrong with the world you shouldn’t have to go to another country to find a wife to bring back and wreck this country! You should go to the Philippines and stay there with her. But people actually think the world is in good shape right now and what people are doing is right! The world needs to burn
I'm not sure if this young lady is a new driver, but all she needs to do is relax exactly like the cat is doing, and everything will go smoothly. The one thing I learned as a new driver is to take my time, no matter how much inconvenience I may be causing. It is always better to be safe and 100% sure than to be rushing and guessing. Learn to always plan ahead. The guy riding and talking to her is doing a great job of helping her through her workday!
𝑻𝒓𝒖𝒆 𝒕𝒂𝒍𝒌 𝒃𝒓𝒐
Exact advice I was given as a new driver
I think you better let her do the driving
@@Lovepeace84I think you better listen to that point and keep it moving. Simp.
I started work at a local coffee shop, and I am so nervous, making a few mistakes, but the boss is chill. I put the pressure on myself.
That cat relaxation is epic 😂😂😂
That cat has a diesel in his blood 😂
...till it jumps in ur face
dont forget the dog
Love the cat lounging out on the dash😃👍
Yes , that cat is chilling 😂.. Sis U R doing a great job.. I'm proud of u.. Stay Safe & Thank -You, I have much respect for you. You have great patience .. 👍❤️🙏 Bentley ! 😎
Bentley is something special to watch. Watching him rocking back and forth like a bobblehead!😂❤ I would do this job only if I had a cat like that on board.
If their yard isn’t set up for semi delivery’s, they should load and unload in the street.
That's what we thought they were going to do, but they let us pull into their yard.
That is pretty small street to block with unloading I think they made the right call and clearly semis fit since it fit
I would have backed in. Never pull in where you could get in a mess like that.
Um. I'm looking your cat...it's saying I'm the boss right now lol 😆
Like a Boss 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👍 stay safe out there 🚛🛣️ .
Kudos to the young lady. *Everyone* who drives truck has to start somewhere, no matter how good you think you are. She's cautious and quite aware of her surroundings. Hats off to *anyone* who drives truck for a living, especially flatbed.
Great video and driving skills. Mr. Bentley is one cool cat. He appeared to enjoy bouncing around while playing with the screw, nut and washers. Cute dog too.
The cat on the dash!🤣
That’s actually illegal
@@davidebasinger2997 There are so many illegal things we do on a daily basis. If you wanna get technical. Her job isn't glamorous or fun - let her have her cat.
The cats like the star of the show 😂
I don't like cats.....but I have to admit it....I like that one!👍👍
Hazardously Hazardous 😳😳 Law officer I'd pull you over with the quickness.
Before my dad died back in 2008, he was a truck driver all his life and I usually pull up truck driver videos when i really miss him and found your video. First off, you are a badass truck driver not only because you are a woman driver but you have a cat totally lounging on your dashboard. It just doesn't get any better than that.
And no ones been saying no..only yes. And ya are getting even crazier! No good.
You Dad had a great daughter. You will be with him again. I'm sure he knows you miss him. All the best to you...
lady im very proud to see a woman such as your self driving a large truck and i love your cat its enjoying the ride also stay safe out on those roads 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Yeah, but so much 'man splaining' by the dude
😂 that Cat 😺

@@Optim40 calling someone a "simp" b/c they called facts...get outta here ..i drove truck for over twenty years and can attest a shotgun driver makes the situation much worse than it has to be..this girl seemed to have everything under control from blind side backing into the street to setting her gps..i have seen you call 2 people a simp so far ..you're being ignorant
The cat is just going with the flow what ever goes 😂😂
Cat's like "aight hoomans, where are we going next?" The cat I'm assuming is the owner, and manager of the truck 😂
💯😁
I love the cat, the luxurious accessory of the truck❤😊😺
When faced with similar challenges I tell myself “ ya’ll got in here so … there’s gotta be a way out too. “ good job driver.
Lol😂
Hi how are you
I learned that as well 😂best advice ever
I'm always still amazed at how far trucks have come in just over 30 years. I started driving in 1992 and worked for a guy who assigned me a 1978 White Road Boss with a 318 Detroit. I was watching this video and hearing the GPS giving her directions and thinking, "In that old Road Boss with the screaming Jimmy, I'd never be able to hear a GPS".
Ha, my first truck was a ‘68 cab over Kenworth with that 318 Detroit. Yes, it’s loud and you constantly were shifting from what I remember.
@@ffarmchicken Yeah they were gutless you had to shift a lot and if you parked while idling, it looked like the Exxon Valdez spill
Yep, I started in '93 driving a 1987 Kenworth K100 cabover. Was just me, my Cobra 148GTL, and ole Rand McNally
Yup.. Lady wouldn’t have been able to drive those old rigs.
The GPS is not even part of the truck, American trucks look like they did 30 years ago, still mostly unsynchronised transmissions. Don't get me wrong, i love how they look, i'm just used to more practical (european) trucks, where at least the GPS is built into the truck ;)
Wow,Nuff respect. You're not just an inspiration to girls everywhere but also to each & every human who believes in hard work. Bless up🙏🙏❤️ Watching from the land downunder Sydney NSW
This video just reminded me of how bad I want a cat 😂 Bentley is absolutely freaking adorable ❤
This cat is full on Boss mode!
Love the cat chilling on the dash
Love the kitty 🐈⬛ no stress 😎 😂❤
Your cat is hilarious 😂😸
Brings back good memories. Keep On Truckin' Mama
A little know tip lost since the invention of power steering: BEFORE stopping while reversing, start cranking the wheel just as fast / hard as you can in the opposite direction ( the way you want the truck to go when you start in the other direction ). Then start rolling forward and you're halfway there, going in the direction you want. No trying to turn the wheel while stopped, or starting to go forward and Then start turning. In other words, plan ahead . . .
Roger that. I hate seeing people dry steering a vehicle. Hard on the steering components as well as the ashphelt underneath. Your right seems to have been a lost technique, You see dry steering too often now days
Dry steering never heard that term, totally makes sense.
Yeah, I too let the vehicle to roll when turning the wheel. Now with automatic trans, people step on the brake while turning and cause excessive strain on steering gear! All my vehicles are still on OEM steering racks and pumps as a result!
Here that's still taught in driving school.
Exactly, that's the way we all did it back in the day both on trucks and cars without power steering, turning the wheel while the vehicle is still in motion, however slow to "soften" the steering wheel and to also minimize wear on the tires by lessening their friction against the pavement.
Cute cat is concern, looking around saying go mama, you can do it. 😻😻
Cicadas. I can understand how they could sound like a constant air leak/drop to an over alert trucker. I like the energy of getting out to double check. Subscribing/subscribed.
Love the dash board cat
That cat up there just chilling. Lol
11:52 That light is blinking yellow! 11:56 Solid yellow, and more than two car lengths from intersection. 11:57 Red. Still a car length from intersection. 11:58 Red +1 second. Front grill is probably lined up with intersection (curb running 90 degrees). 11:59 Red + 1 second and more. Crossing into intersection. With the other yellow lights that were ignored earlier, you are setting yourself up for some expensive tickets, and insurability issues, if you keep this habit up. One day, a cop will be watching, or the light will be RED longer before you get to the intersection, and there will be no excuse. Not to mention an accident, if a car comes across while speeding, and their light is green.
Bad driver, should have stopped on the yellow.
One reason among others that I gave it up because blowing through a light or trying to stop under load and the law of probality would eventually have caught up with me for a ticket or worse my major fear was killing folks. Being dog tired was my enemy as well.
I have no idea why YT put this into my feed, but that cat is just awesome !
I live in Mercedes, Texas 3 hours from Laredo. And I'm considering getting a CDL. So I've been watching videos where people share their experiences. Thank you and much love from the Rio Grande Valley ✌🏼
Good luck to you, I know you can definitely do it, if I can do it, im sure you can.
first i see a cat , then a cute dog pops up from his sleep. thats one cool af trucker cat
your cat caught my heart i have the twin cat he or shes so neat same color only difference is my cat got abandoned and got dehrdyted bad and his right eye doesnt same movement as his left but he pours the love on me for taking him in now i sure do feel it
What type of cat is Mr Bentley??
That's one cool Cat, it's so chilled, it's like it's saying mama you got this😅😅😅😅
Good job! I never drove an 18 wheeler but towed A 32' travel trailer. Living on a business road meant waiting for an opening in traffic that provided enough time to back the trailer into my driveway (two 45 degree bends) without creating a huge backup in traffic. It was nerve wracking in the beginning but over time you get good at it. The worse thing you can do is rush.
Beautiful job of listening and driving a semi tractor with large sleeper and flatbed trailer.
Like the cat lounging on the dash.❤❤❤❤ Great backing by the lady.❤❤❤🎉😮😊
I am new here on your channel I am so proud of you!
The cats too chill. How cute
Beautiful cat , love those eyes ! ❤
the cat just chilling in your way lmfao XD
This is so cool!! You have a lot of courage, thank you for sharing, I’m impressed.
That kitty cat chilling on the dash!
She did an amazing job 👏 🙌
Man, this is just too lovely. Philippine, cat and a puppy. Living the life. Awesome
Love the fact that your dog and cat travel with you. Your cat looks so chilled., 👍
Cool I went the Conestoga route. Thanks for putting the battery in my back
@5:21did sound like an air leak but that noise in the trees are Cicadas.
Nice cat, very tolerant and sweet.
May God Bless You and your Husband. I love lady 18-wheeler driver's. My daughter is also an 18-wheeler Driver. I am so proud of her and you.
I am amazed to see you’ve got a cat and a dog in the cab. Regarding those streets, the issue is more with the big American tractors, not really meat for tight orders, isn’t it. They were built for long straight roads, I guess. That’s why in Europe there are cab overs. It’s all a lot even tighter here in the UK, that block you circled on the way out of that yard would be a wide one around here. Well done mama! You made it look easy. Subscribed to your channel. Haul on!
That’s a cool, calm cat that’s right at home in the rig with his people animals.
Great job yall. And that cat is awesome!
I'm 62 and have been driving since the days of the road atlas. Multiple maps. Route planning wasn't hard back then, just took time. Today it is so simple. Something you guys definitely should look into. No reason to be blundering about and potentially running into a bridge or overpass you can't get past.
🙏🙏Blessings forever GOD loves y'all too forever tell everyone you know and don't know. Jesus loves y'all too forever. Teach everyone how to see and enjoy their blessings too forever😊
No reason driving that huge truck either. seems like unnecessary handicap

Driving skills, hmmm let's see.. should have stopped on that yellow as for the light turned red before she entered the intersection. Then later over the bridge to turn left on the highway, that light also was red! She's so lucky no cop was around.
@@producerk8247she did great

Did a great job. Better than I could do!!👍🏻
Hahaha, I can so relate from when I started out, in the middle of night, rural roads, middle of winter and wife on cell. But seeing the start, I do really appreciate driving a cabover. Greetings from Norway. Beautiful cat!
Cat is super chill. Does a good job checking the gauges occasionally too. I guess it'll let you know when something isn't looking right. That's a lot better than an idiot light on the dash when soemthing isn't right.
I'm sorry I wasn't paying attention The fluffy kitty had me wanting him soo bad 🤗.
Hello Patrick and Jonalyn have a safe drive always.
much respect and keep on trucking
The most beautiful, real, soft, warm, plush, fluffy and purring live "accessory" to have in the cabin during long days and nights on the road. ((:
I’m glad you got out of that small place you backed out of from excellent job.
LOL those bugs are making a hissing sound so loud it did sound like a leaking air hose
Your in my home City in Laredo, the truck route is going all around Laredo near the river , but a lot of truck drivers don't know,
Great team work getting that out of there. Nothing worse thank blind siding, not mention when you havve the side stacks
we had a stop in Cincinnati off the Norwood Lateral you had to back in off a busy street. it was easier to back in and hold up traffic than to head in and back out. always a nervous situation. momma did well backing out onto that street missed both cars and fence
Hi hiw are you doing
I will watch the video just for Bentley the cat 🐈⬛ 😂😂😂
Awesome video. I love it ! Your cat on the dash is just fantastic..😃
That cat looks nice and relaxed
Awesome Peterbilt truck she’s driving a really good bless her heart
Coolest cat ever 🥰
Nice truck I miss driving long distance god blessings all truck drivers
That is a beautiful Peterbilt. Classic! My friend was a Teamster out of Cleveland, Ohio. He loved his Peterbilt tractor. Are they still referred to as tractor trailers? Awesome pets. I admire your driving skills. The late great notorious teamster, Jimmy Hoffa’s godson was a friend of mine. Wayback then I really didn’t know anything about Jimmy Hoffa. Now I do!
This is everyday in downtown Los Angeles CA. I feel for you. One tip I might give is to take the extra effort and back into facilities. When I delivered fuel (night driver for almost 20 years) there was no one to spot me for backing out.
Thanks for the tips! Be safe out there always!
Yeah, that looks stressful. Really like your tractor. Needs a wash 🙂
A buddy of mine lives 5 blocks away from there on Scott St! Glad you enjoy my Hometown Laredo!
I think she is ready now to drive in the Philippines. Driving in North America is a breeze. Try it in Cebu which has no rules, or in Manila.
Stay safe out there. Watching from the Philippines. Not missing the cold, snow ...and weigh stations.
Oh wow, the cat looks like my Ally! So cute!
Great driving and what a beautiful cat.🙏🏼✌️
They should have BACKED in off of the street. Never make your job harder and unsafe
Drove semis for 33 years .I always backed in .I could be unloading till dark in the winter , did not want the hassle of reversing out in the dark with maybe no help.
You can drive forever just driving Texas. I was running just Texas and Oklahoma back in the early 80s hauling cylinders and it seemed like I could actually drive forever in Texas.
Yes, I noticed that too, Texas is a big State, East to West, North to South seem forever to cross.
Cats are literally the funniest animals on earth 😂😂😂. Btw, she did a great job handling the big rig.
Fellow filipino here! Amazing you guys interact peacefully, me and my wife while she is drive will be a mess and will be full of shouting haha anyway i guess you really are a experienced trucker. Rooting on the both of you. Keep the up the good work! See you in the interstates i guess👊🏻
