Given the price point of most ARB items, I imagine that this would start at around 200G.
75k AUD, 90kAUD fully kitted
Google search confirms. Starting price $75,000
$75k mark
Given the quality of most ARB items, I imagine that the price will be fair for what you get
Pricing starts at $74,500 incl gst before on road costs
Very nice. I have an idea - the rear door should have an identical twin but flipped 180 and lifts up. Then you get an immediate rain shelter AND the raised hard floor. Then some canvas sides which roll down to complete rear room.
This camper is a thing of beauty and an overkill for outdoor adventures. If this is the beginning for arb campers I cant wait to see future camping trailers from arb. Very nice product.
We're pretty excited too! Looking forward to seeing them out on the trails around the world!
@@ARB4x4Accessories would love to see you guys collab with the blokes from 4wd24/7 and have them do an all out test with the camper or have a representative from arb drive with them with the camper.
@@209huskyman9 🤔 there's an idea - we've got something cooking!! :)
Good to see you guys have used common parts from the trailer/camper industry for ease of repair.
Это настоящий шедевр! В таком компактном кемпере удалось разместить все необходимое. Молодцы !!!
Got excited and then remembered I’m not Australian. Would love to see this in the US sooner than later.
Hold tight, we're working on it! 😀
Unbelievable guys!!! Looks amazing!! Well done 👌
This is excellent! I run 2 Jeep clubs in Florida, USA and we're very familiar with the great ARB brand. I've had my eye on a Joolca for awhile too!
Appreciate Shauno’s little brother giving us all of this helpful information!
I just purchased a Runaway Range Runner; which I absolutely love ( my “upgrade” from a cumbersome big rig that didn’t let me get off the beaten path) but this is the DREAM!! This will be my first purchase when I hit the lottery😂 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
WOW! So good to see something so original on the market. Great job.
Great feedback for the team - Thank you!
Looks great, very built for purpose and quite key catching!
Thank you - great feedback for the team bringing this to market :)
Looks like a lot of thought has gone into the design. Well done. Looks good.
It’s good to see ARB join the camper market and I’m sure it will be a hit. However, I do see one flaw with the rear entrance. If it’s raining, that rear door will end up being a bucket for the rain. Unless there is drain holes that wasn’t shown. Good work ARB
The road ahead is certainly looking exciting, for enthusiasts and businesses alike.. Setting up the rear canvas once the door is down is only an extra 2-mins - we think most users will continue to the rear canvas setup more times than not however both are ok in the rain. (we've used both!)
@@ARB4x4Accessories I’m heading to a dealer to get prices. I love the look of this new trailer.
@@ARB4x4Accessories can the roof hold a 90kg rooftop tent
@@JustAnotherReviewwithAlek Beauty! Feel free to join us at one of our Aus state launch events on the 15th July to see one in the flesh :)
@@JustAnotherReviewwithAlek The roof rack is rated to 125kg.
Nice Design, congrats to the team. Though with all that tech and no central locking. To walk away from the camper in a town or to do some sightseeing you need to key lock (I count) 18 locks, wow.
Its great to see some competition in the pod style camper market.
Awesome product with great presentation, I'm already sold.
This is a really great camper with some very good design elements. I am really impressed. Regards from South Africa
Cheers. Looking forward to seeing them out on the trails :)
That an impressive rig. Everything ARB that I own has been top quality. I expect this would be the same.
Brilliant design expertly explained
For anyone looking for price; it starts at 75k AUD and fully optioned its just north of 90k AUD. Awesome looking camper but holy hell thats a hefty sum. Bit more than what I am budgeted for for my next camper but good luck to anyone buying this thing, It looks fantastic and well thought out
Kind words for our team bringing this to market - Cheers!
TVAN is similar in size and style, but even more expensive! I reckon this ARB camper is a better.
Love the design and suspension. Well done. ❤❤❤
Cheers! Keen to see the Earth Camper out on the trails!
Great job! Bigger isn't always better!
Love it - Thanks for the kind words :-)
This is awesome guys! A great release and refreshing to see something genuinely different. It’s good to see you can have a functional camper without needing all the added accessories. I hate to see it when you have to buy the camper itself, then another campers worth of accessories just to make the darn thing functional. You should be able to buy something and have it comfortably functional without having to buy two, and that’s what you’ve done here. You’ve managed to fit a caravan worth of accessories in a camper, without lacking quality. And I can’t see a single item on this camper that doesn’t hit your target market. Good job guys, you’re keeping the Australian market reputable and distinguishable to the world. I can’t wait to buy one once I get a few more grey hairs 😅 Also a quick edit: I love seeing companies adopting their communities and understanding that there will be “Facebook groups” made for these campers and their owners can represent their own personalised camper!
Howdy! Some really kind words there for the team bringing this to market. Thank you and glad to have you as a fan!! :-) We are excited to see the Earth Camper out on the trails, eventually around the world. Feel free to join us at one of our Australian state launch events on the 15th July and check one out in person! Cheers.
This reminds me of another brand called Trakka. They made a similar version with a swingup hatch in the rear. This one however, takes it to a different level by creating an optional space for a toilet, seomthing almost all of its rivals lack.
Really nice design! Great execution too
it really reminds me a TVAN, just more rounded shape.
Looks really cool. Can’t wait to see it evolve.
Us too :-) Exciting times ahead.
Excellent looking unit - great video.
Thank you for your support @dominicharvey7140
Wow, this may be the perfect offroad camper!
We definitely think it is 😉
Perfect gift for that ocd loved one.
Very well thought out setup. Truly a specious design. Really glad to see ARB showing off their capabilities on the new trailer. However I still think Patriot Campers have a batter layout on their trailers, allowing for optimal sleeping space. Additionally the X1 set up is much more compact while towing.
Thanks for the feedback! The EC really is a platform for integration across the ARB product range. Feel free to come down to one of our state launch events on the 15th of July to see one in the flesh and compare a hard shell bedding arrangement to traditional soft canvas. 🙂
@@ARB4x4Accessories Thank you very much for the response and for the invite. I live quite far away from the event. Now that you mention it: a hard shell is a huge PLUS and is an interesting take on the camper trailer product line.
I'd take a solid roof over canvas any day. I like the Patriots, but I think the TVANS and this are superior. This one has the price point right.
But you’re still sleeping in a tent with the Patriot. Rather have a hard shell for protection against elements and predators.
It looks great and well thought out. Well done. 👍
Cheers :) @AussieDazza
Without noticing the Price..its really amazing 👏🏻...such a very awesome 👌🏻....thanks for Sharing new subscriber 👍🏻💯💐🌴🇸🇦
I’d love a pass through to bed for quick stops without pulling the extra tent room down and exposing material to elements.
I so wish I could afford this rig. Exactly what I have been looking for.
Send one to Vancouver! We would love one of these for our back trails.
Wow this looks great! so innovative!
Wow this looks amazing...would love to see this in the US.
Us too! ;-)
Literally the best thing I’ve ever seen And possibly the most expensive 😅😅😅😅
No. Not exactly the most expensive. Try looking at a T-Van or Ultimate Camper 😂 yikes some of these campers are $90k +
Very nice looking unit, best combination of items in one! If I win the lottery, I’ll give you a call. Thanks Good video.
Looks good looking forward to owners reviews 👍
Looks great guys. Nice work 👍
Thank you for your support @ExpeditionAustralia
This unit is very well thought out and I really appreciate all of the details and craftsmanship. A very nice overview of a fantastic unit as well! Will this be available to the US market in the near future?
Nice. I've got a Tvan... so see the similarities. Be keen to know the specs, such as tare weight, roof load capacity, etc. Personally, for my use I'd go without the hot water, heater and compressor, but opt for a second 100ah battery. But good to see some more off-road camper options. Would like to see one in the flesh... 👍
Yep looks just like Tvan.
Appreciate the interest. Cheers - hope the below helps. Tare: 1475kg. Roof load rating 125kg. See the first one in the flesh at one of our Australian state launch events on Saturday 15th July. Check our website for locations & times. :)
Thats an amazing bit of kit!
Very cool video one thing when parking by a river park perpendicular to the flow. That way if the river rises you hook up the trailer easily
THANK YOU FOR VIDEO
I love this but one major thing I need. A hitch for mountain bikes holder and heavy duty to put a dirt bike holder on there.
We too are thinking about this! At launch we unfortunately do not have a dedicated storage solution for bikes however the drawbar accessory rails could provide some future provision (TBC) - still something we are working on. For now - bikes are best placed on the tow vehicle roof rack.
awesome!!! Like it.... good job ARB
finally! ARB bring it to USA!
Very nice. Is it too early to ask if you have plans to make this available in North America?
Looks amazing! I really like that arb has designed canvas bags to fit in the drawers ect.
Cheers ! Kind words for our engineering teams.
This is really an exciting product.
We can't wait to see them out exploring the trails!
This looks amazing. I expect it to be a massive hit for ARB. When can I order one in The States?
Great feedback, thank you 🙂 It is currently not available to order in the US but we are working on it so stay tuned for updates. In the mean time please register your interest on our website www.arb.com.au/earth-camper/register-interest/
Is there any "bunk" attachment options in the cabin area for extra child sleeping options?
Looks fantastic . Obvious likeness to the Mitchell and Tvan which are up there in price . Id really like the convenience of air suspension, TVMS and 2x 150ah lifepo4 batteries with the 2000w inverter . Its a 2 person setup really which is fine by me . Is there anywhere for a portapotti ? I think at 90k fully optioned it will be popular with the Tvan , Patriot and Ultimate buyers who are north of that money ...just
This is by far the best small Trail style camper i have seen. and i am super impressed. How ever Just like all the really nice ones i dont see a huge market here. With the Greens pushing smaller and smaller motors, Pushing less travel. You would have to be rich and board to buy one, these days. One day some one will make a fully capable trailer around this size for around 10k. But i guess maybe thats a pipe dream. crazy in 2019 i bought a 28 foot 8 person fully loaded timber ridge for 29k.. lol cant find that any more. Any ways cheers on the trailer i am in no way knocking the trailer. Just these times we live in.
What are you talking about, the greens pushing smaller motors? It's called innovation. Compare the specs of the 80 series Landcruiser motor to the 300 series. 125kw and 357nm torque, vs 227kw power and 700nm of torque. So double the power and torque with better fuel economy. Keep yelling at clouds, old man.
@@jayd3931 www3.epa.gov/carbon-footprint-calculator/ This is what i am talking about.. Just look TO CA they are all about it.. The fact that they dont want you to travel at all.. let alone commute to work.
With the recent article in "Drive" or maybe "RACQ" about the warranty of supposed "off road" campers, I'd be keen to see the finer print of this camper. Certainly the video suggests it's designed to go anywhere, does the warranty back that claim up? Having said that, it looks wonderful.
Looks great but can see annoying design fault in the kitchen. When kitchen bench is out will be difficult to access items in fridge and freezer unless you have really super long arms, when leaning over the bench to get access. But do love the swing cook area.
Can I close the main rear door (the one that folds down) from inside in overnight mode?
💙🚙I LOVE IT …IS VERY GOOD TO TRAVEL TO KEEP FOR A LOFE TIME .
I'm definitely going to look into 😊👍
For all information regarding the Earth Camper please visit our website www.arb.com.au/earth-camper/
When will this be available in the United States and what’s the expected MSRP?!
The wheel stud pattern should include Ford Ranger/Everest as those are massively popular vehicles all around the world. Also, Where is the portaloo meant to be stowed? If it's in the vehicle not the camper, that can be an issue.
What conversions electrically would need to happen to come to the states?
can the fridge and freezer be accessed while kitchen is out ?
What an absolutely awesome camper trailer. Is is available in the USA? I went to your website and did not see it on there for the USA. Did I miss something? Anyway, you guys have thought of everything for off road camping and also nomad living. I don't want a big RV that requires massive amounts of gas or diesel to travel around. I'm a single woman who wants to travel and see the world camping along the way. Another thing, I could not find is the weight of the camper. I have a 2017 Jeep Patriot, can I tow this camper? Thank you. Your presentation and walk around description of the features was very professional and informative.
Amazing and perfect. Cost?
Awesome. Best I have seen.
Looks pretty good!
😋
Thumbs up for the mini mustache!
Simply amazing....well done; the engineering and fabrication shines. 🫡
This is an impressively thought out camper and I really like it. When will it be released to the United States/North America?
Great product👏
I’ll be curious to see how this compares to the Gen 2 Patriot Campers. There are things I like about this for sure.
So are we! You are welcome to join us at one of our state launch events on the 15th July to see one in person and get a tailored quote $ to compare the pair ;-)
Nice trailer!
Fantastic, Love it!!
Amazing. These guys have thought of everything!
Awesome. Where in WA is the best place to get a walk through?
What is to stop people tampering with the diesel and gas compartments situated on both sides at the rear of the camper?
Nice Camper, small but Complete
Wish you made one 25 years ago when I was looking for one for my trip around Australia…
We may have had a few of the products it includes available then? 🙂
how much is the complete unit as shown or with all attachments
1) Are the fridge doors reversable or can the fridge be rotated? The configuration show in the video would be a massive headache trying to access the fridge whilst the kitchen is extended. 2) How easy would it be to change the spare and put the damaged one in that tiny space when it is covered in mud or has a tree root stuck in it? 3) others have commented about this. The rear door looks like it would get flooded without the annex put up. What would you do if there's a massive downpour, hail etc? Are there any internal overrides in case you get stuck in there? 4) Does that window have bug screens? is there any other ventilation?
ARB is the name of Trust, Quality and Strength.
Well done ARB, looks extremely versatile and well thought out!👏🏻👏🏻 What is the trailer/camper tare weight?
Thanks Ryan! Tare is 1475kg 🙂
Looks amazing. Price point?
Beauuuuuutiful!!!!!! So when is the ARB off-road caravan arriving 🥳🥳🎉👏
Will these campers be available in the uk?
Is the attached canvas area big enough to fit kids for a family? A camping bed or bunk set up?
Hey Rebecca - In our testing we did have multiple users take it out with their families of 4. Housed either in the rear canvas area or with some swags on the roof rack - which is rated to 125kg. Feel free to come and see it in the flesh on the 15th of July at one of our Australian state based launch events. Cheers 🙂
Love ARB, but i gotta watch commercials to watch your commercial???
wow - when will this sell in the USA? Retail price? GVWR?
Aussie engineering at its finest 👏
Absolutely ♥
Reminds me of the Tvan trailer
It' really niice....Will it be sold in the the U.S?
Looks great and has a spot for everything except a spot for the portable toilet 😂
Stay tuned! We're working on something :)
It's awesome, but whats the wallet damage??
How do you get spare tyre out?
Very nice and interesting. Any idea if they will be imported to the US?
That's the plan! Our engineers are working through the local requirements for sale. Sign up to our mailing list and stay connected to the ARBUSA team to know when & where.
Would you consider selling the slide-out kitchen on its own?
