Here is the link to the study about keeping your dog's nails clipped. www.whole-dog-journal.com/issues/19_4/features/Nail-Clipping_21430-1.html
Senza Tempo Cane Corso YEEESSS!!!🙏💯🙏
Thanks!
Many owners have difficulty with clipping nails. I understand it. However, it’s not good for the dog and It hurts their paws too! We’ve started taking my to get her nails done at her vet. If you can’t do it yourself, you should consider it part of the cost of owning a pet.
It seems that the owners don't know how to properly handle this dog which could potentially be dangerous for all involved. How were they deemed to be good "parents" for this breed? If your telling the owners is not convincing them to properly train this dog, what will it take? An injury? Based on what you say, his owners do not need to have that dog. No human should have a huge dog that has no respect for authority with dominance tendencies. I'd hate for this dog to try to correct one of the owners or another animal or child and then the dog ends up paying the price because the owners are too lax.
I have some questions to ask how do we contact you??
Cashmere's mood is a constant state of, "Boy, I wish you would." 😂😂
Exactly! She does not play. Love her!
I need a T-Shirt with Cashmere's grumpy face and 'I Wish You Would' on it.
@@DeGBitch Me too. 😆
@@DeGBitch YES!
@@DeGBitch I'd get one!
Pregnant or not.... Mama said knock you out...!!!!!!!
Right!
Your comment made me laugh😂
Lmao yass! Love cashmere!!!
@kayla right😂😂

That’s an alpha female at her finest. Pregnant or not, you go Cashmere 💖
Alicia Meredith u proud of woman being masculine huh
@@kaanaksu4273 lol Alpha like the name! Boys need masculine females to put them in their place. Its natural💁
@Hazz JL ur " nah" causes me to think u have issues with females using their masculine energy. We all hold both energies fem. and masc. Cashmere is a perfect example of balancing both within the heard.
@Hazz JL you are probably a scrawny little boy that watches hentai by the way you talk, real alpha makes are humble dude
Heather Ann i can tell you’re a damaged good.
Boy when he was sassing you about sitting and cashmere flys in from the back! I was near enough crying funniest thing I’ve saw today😭 MAMA SAID SIT!!!
Charlie Morris right. Do it NOW! LOL
Lol
Same! 😂😂
YOU’RE DISOBEDIENT, SIT!!! 🐶
Alot of people get dogs without knowing how to train/deal with them, and then the dog gets a bad rap
Nuno Pinheiro / rep*
Facts 👍🏽
Exactly, this is why I don’t get a dog cause when I watch these videos, I realize that I still have lot to learn because I do want a rotty or pit bull and those dogs are territorial, and you can’t spoil them because they will run your house!!!
Huskies are one of those breeds. We've adopted 3 as rescues!
MsTaly99 and huskies are my favorite dogs but can’t get one because I live in one of the hottest cities in 🇿🇦 and I know they need a lot of attention to keep them comfortable in such climate conditions and I just know I won’t be able to give them that. My friend has a syberian husky in the same city and she has time, space and is always around, so her one is well taken care of but she knows my lifestyle and has advised me not too until I am at a point where I’m able to dedicate my time to a dog, which I agreed!!!
The side eye cashmere gives you is like "i know i know but this darn boy is pushin me". The side eye Bishop gives is more like "whatever lady".
Betta Aesthetics Wow! Exactly! Lol
😆 Exactly!
I would love for her to go into depth more about dog eye contact. My dog would occasionally glance at me too but i never felt it was in a challenging manner, more like a "what's next?" kind-of-way, even seeming to smile at me while she did haha.
Cashmere don't care. Taking applications for a$$ whippings 24/7. Male, female, your puppy, her puppy . . . 😂😜🤣
fahren299 Cashmere don't like disrespect from anybody/nobody, period.
😂😂😂😂
Rotfl @ "your puppy, her puppy) Lmbo
Some of those a$$ whoppings will be handed out for free, no application required.
It’s just a dog not a human🤦🏾♂️
I love how Midnight is always right there. Not starting anything, but not backing down. Such a great temperament!
Phillip B She’s so much like her Daddy!
Phillip B I love Midnight. She is always, "at the ready". She always backs up her Mom.
Yes beautiful loyal and intelligent boy
He isn't a dog to have around a new baby. This is why it's important to do this as a puppy.
Paznic Kennel yeah, as young as possible, the better.
That’s my concern too. I pray bishop doesn’t hurt the baby too. Rachel, you may need to really have a come to Jesus meeting with them. I hear and read about way too many accidental deaths, from the hands of family pets. If this may hurt your kennel reputation, then yes definitely discuss your findings and pray they receive it from genuine care and concern. My prayers to you all involved. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
The dog looks fine. Why would he harm a child? And not one accident that involves children would have happend if owners would have not left a child alone with a dog. You as a dog owner know your dogs body language and if ignored on purpose thinking “ oh I my child wants to ride on a dogs back or put fingers in its eyes, then the dog needs to let it all happend “ thats ignorance. And this why people and children get hurt.
@@annemarikruus you obviously don't know that much about dogs he is very disrespectful and doesn't behave.
Ninja Girl I know enouh about dog behavior and dogs. By my job and owning problem dogs.
You really need to train them at a very young age. Some folks shouldn't have pets. Thanks for being honest Rachel.
Angelina Giammona Might be first time dog owners 🤷🏽♀️ but definitely needs some training, he has hard eyes all the time.
@@xxholicxxclover7413 I see insecurity and fear in his eyes. He is too big and strong and needs guidance and people he can trust and rely on. I hope they will give it to him. He is drop-dead beautiful.
Just like kids
xXholicxX Clover first time dog owners should not own a breed like this. They require experience and a comprehensive understanding of canine body language. At least they are seeking out training though.
EXACTLY !!!I SAY THIS ALL THE TIME I'M IN FULL AGREEMENT 100% BUT THEY'RE NOT PETS THEY'RE FAMILY AT LEAST MINES ARE I LOVE SO SO MUCH!
When I saw Cashmere standing directly behind Bishop I clutched my invisible pearls. Whoa Mama!
😂 I clutched my pearls, too
😂😂😂
Me too!!! Lol 😂 I went and got my pearls to clutch!!
If I was a dog and I met cashmere I would be so respectful 😂😂😂
Adrienne Wilson me too 🤣🤣🤣
Oh yes
Baabaay... without question. She's has that "I aint for no foolishness" look about her.
I'm hooman and I'm pretty sure I'd still show her some belly 😂
I love the little moment where you tell Preacher to sit and he just lays down. And he gets up so quick too. I love him lol
Infinity Mage yeah, Preacher knew Rachel was going to give him a command...and he just thought he'd beat her to the punch (that look).😊😂
Lol he heard Rachel's tone and was like "f@#& you mad, yes mom" *plop*
When you said sit, cashmere was standing behind him like an assassin😬 he didn't even see the danger lurking behind him
She just appeared...like a magician on stealth mode.
How is training productive with a bunch of intact dogs lurking around to launch on each other at will? No disrespect intended . Female dogs near intact males that are in heat, preheat, post heat. Is this a way to get the best results?
@@kathylewis2103 Probably not seeing as how Rachel tends to put em up when the females are in heat. You probably want them when the females aren't in heat.
I hope owners don't take your comments to heart. They should embrace your critiques and advise that is priceless. You are letting them know exactly where Bishop is at this age. Rachel you are good at calling out bad behaviors and rewarding good behaviors. Consistency, consistency, consistency..............
This was soooo informative! This is why it’s important to train them young. This is not the kind of dog you can baby, or let things slide. Not even once. Man, that Cashmere doesn’t care how big he is! She’s a mama hell bent on teaching her boy manners and respect! The weight and nail lesson is invaluable. Love your channel!
Kathleen Karsten yep, "young", is the key.... less than 10 months obviously.
How is the weight and nails invaluable? I think taking care of a dogs physical features is important and it obviously affects them...

Please start an online course for dog training. My father bred and trained dogs so I kind of know what I'm doing. My dog is trained very well but I love learning more, how to handle dogs with bad attitudes and more about body language. I have learned so much from you and respect your knowledge and opinion. Would love to purchase a course to teach myself and my friends.
My brother bred dogs for years, I see a lot of the same techniques. Love their videos.
If people need online trainin they should try different breeds or not have a dog
@@jack14kd How tf do people learn then lol
Yes
Agree! She catches every slight micro expression and explains their body language perfectly.
Sounds like the owner's need training too 😅
Cortney Young I think so. Bishop is young. He's a good boy. Training has to be consistent in his daily life...no slacking off at all, no letting things slide.
It's always the owners
Not everyone is a dog trainer in their spare time.
@@AV-wn7xz It doesn't take much to learn how to be a decent dog owner and teach your dog manners. Often it's being taken too young, the dog never learn what respect is (5 - 8 weeks) and that in turn affects their behaviour at home - especially with weak willed owners. Lazy owners is creates badly behaved dogs. It's literally that simple.
Shutup
Teenagers 🙄
Mak FC 🙄😒, what are you gonna do?smh
Remember that time you were a teenager lol
😂😂
I have to admit, Cashmere is one of my absolute favorites because she is so tough. But I love the others as well. 🖤🖤
😲 OMG! Cashmere was right there waiting saying, "I wish he would..."
Sky Genisis Oh my!fr
I said it before. My girl Casmere is not the one! Bishop tried it. The pack will not tolerate it either. Smart to keep the pack involved.
I really love that you tell us what every body language means, I’m learning more than I’ve ever known before!
Goo Cashmere. I know you spoke about rehomeing her when she'll be retired from breeding but I would so keep her. She's great for keeping other dogs in their place and teaching them maners. To me having a dog like that in a pack is like a dream come true. He really is a spoiled teenager pushing boundries that needs a asswhooping lol. His owners don't seem as a bad people but more as an awerage dog owners who are more of a doglover than a leader.
From what I'm aware if u keep packs of dogs ita hard for alpha female to stay in the pack when she gets old as in wolf packs they would fight to take over the leader but if ur an older dog that has the power cashmere has she could end up very hurt by a younger breeding female taking over but I could be wrong I dont have a ton of knowledge
Cashmere is simply the best tool at your disposal when dealing with Bishop. She simply don't take crap from him or anyone for that matter. Even she is correcting Bishop she is using as much aggression as she needs to to get the point across. Bishop is a big, powerful young dog and she knows not to give him an inch...
Exactly it's a perfect example of how positive reinforcement isn't natural and doesn't work.
All do respect to Bishop's owners. Hopefully they watch this video so they can see for themselves , how to continue improving Bishop's behavior
tim wann I agree. Otherwise, Bishop may be discipling them, fr.
tim wann , Agree 💯... Bishop is a Gorgeous And Massive Dog But He Has Got to Be Trained Better for The Betterment Of His Family And Even Himself!!! Bishop needs to learn Pack Life So He will be Better for His Family to be able to Be Around Other Dog’s And Enjoy Being able to go to The Dog Parks!!! It’s VERY IMPORTANT that he learns RESPECT AND BOUNDARIES FOR his Family and Their Children And The New Baby!!! I Hope they Appreciate Rachael and are Not upset with what has happened and I PRAY They Get Rachael to Continue Training Him in a Pack Setting !!! GREAT JOB RACHAEL, LOVE ❤️ HOW STRONG 💪🏼 AND HONEST YOU ARE!!! CONTINUE TO BE TRUE TO YOURSELF!! GOD BLESS YOU, SAVANNA, and YOUR PACK OF GORGEOUS CANE CORSO DOG’S!!! ❤️🙏🏻🐾🐕🐾🙏🏻❤️🌈☀️🇺🇸🐾✌🏼
Bishop is a beautiful dog and his eyes are stunning. I really hope his owners don't take all the constructive criticism the wrong way and become defensive with the way they raise him. All youre trying to do is teach him his position in the hyarchy. I think his parents need to be taught how to handle him as well or as he gets older, he's gonna be too much to handle. Be sad if Bishop had to be put down cuz he accidently got off his leash and bit someone or sent to the pound cuz they couldn't control him and his attitude properly.
Yes, Bishop is stunning; he looks a lot like his Momma.
I guess there are a lot of benefits to Cashmere constantly beating on her pups lol. I think all dog owners should be trained before they bring a puppy into their family.
Jamie Bardon 👌🏻
I mean that’s how mother dogs are to their pups it’s as natural as a human giving their kid a whooping.
Lol when you where telling Bishop 'sit' and he didn't I started laughing when stealth ninja Cashmere showed up right behind him to correct him. Love these videos they give so much insight. I'm learning so much to use with my dogs too thanks 😁
It shows how much you care that you are taking the time to try and help him become a better dog. I'm sure the owners love him and he's their baby, but maybe watching this video will open their eyes a little bit to his social behavior. Thanks for the upload!
😂😂😂Cashmere!!!! She's like a stealth ninja!!! Just BAM.....there she is!!
I really hope the owners will work with Bishop on his disrespect with other dogs. Otherwise, their will be fights. Hopefully he will behave and listen when the baby is home.
Thanks for sharing Terrible with us. No way that was easy, but I think it was very beneficial for all of us to hear! The better the dog the harder it is when they leave.
I love how midnight keeps running by to check on him shes such a good dog
Lmfao! Yo, Cashmere is really with the shits! She came out of nowhere posted up right behind Bishop when he wouldn’t sit. I lost it at 11:40 when she finally turned & walked away after WAITING for him to try & get back up 😂💀💀
Pack Tip: How not to piss of your parents!!
Marie Andrews fr.
I wanna be cashmere tough 💪
I would buy it!
Thank you Rachael. I didn’t even know that those looks were one of disrespect from your visiting pup. Love that Cashmere, she has your back for sure! Preacher too!
Thank you Rachel! As someone who is working on recovering from a fear of dogs, and who also believes knowledge is key to ending fear, videos like this are so helpful. It allows me to see a “controlled” situation that if I were seeing in lifetime, I would be terrified. Now however, I am learning proper behavior for myself as well, and it will be invaluable when the time comes to bring a dog home. I’m so thankful to Bishop’s owners for allowing you to film him, as well. For me this is truly educational. 🙏🏻
Some people get dogs and all they do is teach them Sit, letdown, roll over maybe! Im Guilty of it, I know nothing about packs, dominance, respect to other dogs. Thanks Rachel for the advice
When you were showing us how obedient your dogs are and you went "Preacher" he literally jumped, it's so funny lol
You are pretty much the only channel I watch anymore! I relate to how Bishop is giving you sass. There’s a giant bully breed mix at my work (he’s actually the dog in my profile pic here 😄) that thinks he can do whatever he wants. He is super sweet if you let him do as he pleases, but as soon as I try to correct him he try’s to snap at me or bite my fingers/arms 😕 I’ve learned a lot from you and it has helped so much with the dogs at the shelter. I hope over time he accepts that he’s not above me. It’s going to be hard trying to find him a serious home with someone that can handle him and continue his training
Haha I have a cat and unfortunately the dog is not good with other animals
Best moment so far, watching momma cashmere get that ass lol girl you need to stop apologizing, you are being real! And raw...F what others think 😘😊
Him: Being disrespectful Cashmere: "Boi have ya lost ya mind? Cause I'll help ya find it-"
I died when you were telling him to sit multiple time and when you panned over cashmere was ready to correct him for you
That's why it's extremely important to educate these dogs at a very young age and establish the hierarchy as soon as possible. We can't afford to let a dog of this size become aggressive and authoritarian. These aren't dogs for any master. It must be clear, in case of bad education, everything is always the fault of the master.
I love cashmere😍😍😍. Strong powerful intelligent. Preachers is lucky to have her 😂😂😂.
Ooh the owners gonna have some hands full with the baby and Bishop.
zoiababy I’m thinking 🤔 the exact same thing how are you going to bring a newborn baby home to that situation 🤷🏽♀️
Tina Crenshaw they’re gonna need to really pay attention to him and show him who’s the boss. Lol but Bishop is from Rachel’s pack so he’s a good doggy he’ll catch up.
Tina I really do hope he does, I have seen a few dogs from good parents have bad behaviors due to the owners, and having a baby in the picture is not good in this situation.
Honestly I'm not too worried about it he doesn't seem like the kind of dog that would get aggressive with a child.
Senza Tempo Cane Corso his face is just too adorable to be aggressive to the baby. The way he was lying and eyeballing you. Also the way cashmere showed him who the boss. He didn’t even growl or fought back. I think he’s just a big baby who needs a little more training. Your doggies are just too beautiful and the way they behave amazes me.
Wow, it’s almost like Bishop is saying, “No, I don’t wanna,” or, “No, not gonna happen. You aren’t the boss of me.” Very interesting behavior!
Maybe he just hates you for telling him he’s disrespectful and rude
Just like as a parent we tell our children when they are disrespectful and rude...we equally tell them when they are good praise their correct behavior. Just like she did when he sat or minded she told him good and made sure the other dogs didn't bother him to make him get in trouble. You acknowledge bad behavior and correct it..you praise good behavior to encourage them to do more of it.
Yes. He's so disrespectful. And the looks he gave you, mmm... not good al all. This guy in a dog park is a time bomb. A bad manner leads to another one, and another one, etc., if you do not step in and educate. Velocity is ready to bite the guy (it's funny how she always spit the stick every time he aproches her). When you have dogs, you know that nails must be cut from time to time because long nails causes the dog can't walk properly and that leads to health problems. It looks like Blondie and Liberty are not interested in Bishop. They ignore him. Midnight, the police woman ♥ As is told you on facebook, your pack is super stable and that is the result of your HARD WORK with them. Wonderful video!! I love to see the pack work. Big kisses for all the pack!!!!
I really in awe with your dogs and how you are handling them. I wish all dog owners and breeders had your knowlegde and responsibility especially with the powerfull breeds. I really like PitBulls, Cane Corsos, Dogo argentino or Presa Canario, but since I volunteered at an animal shelter as a dog walker for PitBulls and Staffs I know that I'm not capable to handle these kind of dogs. I love them, but I'm to soft and unsure. So I just looking from far and respecting the hell out of people like you.
Damn Cashmere really got after bishops his ass this time huh 😂😂🤣🤣
I love how Cashmere was just sitting in his blind spot, waiting for him to give her a reason when Rachel was making Bishop sit.
The picture tease is everything. I clicked on the video super fast. I think, if you have time, you can add some slow motion to pick up on those slight moves you notice but not obvious to a newbie.
I love how your babies never leave you alone with him. That’s amazing how well they listen. This is proof that it’s not the breed it’s the owners!!
"He actually tried to give me a correction. That didnt work." Lol.
Midnight always buzz-by giving him a close shave, she is a good gurl
Everybody is about to 'New Jack City' Bishop.
😂😂😂
MusikNLyfe Ha, ha, ha....
Daang that thumbnail though... Mama Cash wasn't playing, not one bit! Can we all just take a moment of appreciation for Preacher though, he is being so well behaved and patient about all of this even though he doesn't like it at all and would love to give his pushy son a butt whooping lol!
Dilly 👍👌to Preacher. When he gives those eyes to Rachel, I feel for him. ☺
I can't watch the video right now, but let me tell ya, the tumbnail is hilarious 10/10
Should they worry about having a new baby around a dog that is not showing the respect he should?
I don't think so his temperament doesn't seem to me to be dangerous
Honestly beautiful photo of Cashmere lunging, so much sass in the Cash! Also Thank you for sharing your memories of Terrible ❤️
preacher was gonna mount him and bishop was like "excuse me?!" lol thank God for your help right now at least
That thumbnail🤣 Momma Cash ain't playin'. Can't wait to watch the video 😍
And he's going back home to find out He isn't number one anymore??!!! Good luck!
It just sub'd this is super informative for all of the working breeds😍 just loves it! I binge watched em all😂 lovely family
I really, really hope Bishop's people wise up (not meant offensively) and start taking training and discipline more seriously. I have seen personally what happens when big, powerful dogs receive no structure or discipline, or even basic training. It's not pretty. Bishop is HUGE and, by all rights, still a puppy. They need to get on it and get on it now! Not just for their own good, but his own good. A dog of his size could cause some pretty serious harm to another dog, or heaven forbid, a human even without serious intent. In my eyes, there's no excuse for Bishop's issues, either behavioral or physical, when you so clearly are willing to help them and guide them. I genuinely don't mean any offense, I'm sure they do love Bishop, but sometimes love means being tough. I've had to learn that lesson myself with my Border Collie. And it has been a blessing for both him and me. I hope they figure things out the easy way, rather than the hard way! On another note, this is just another amazing example of you being a fantastic breeder and general dog person. Love that you do what you can to help out your dogs, even after they have gone on to new homes.
That thumbnail says it all 🤣🤣🤣
Cashmere is such a mood tho
"He actually did try to give me a correction ... that didn't work." Love it!! :)
Hey, Rachel! Greetings to you and your beautiful pack from eastern Europe! It's really wonderful to see someone whose work is also their passion & joy. The time, energy & love you invest in both of your families (human & K9) is very inspirational and beautiful. And the knowledge you possess and share through your videos is very helpful to all dog owners. Thank you!
Lol preacher was like "I didn't do it"
Neutering him will help. He’s obviously not breeding material, conformation wise or mentality wise.
I'm not even a dog person but I just stumbled on the video and I just got to tell you you're excellent you know I wish a lot more people who own dogs would listen to you. They need to have the understand that you do. People that own dogs discourage me from owning a dog especially since I live in the city and it's sidewalk game. Just knowing how to train them properly so they go out in public and their dogs problem become yours and I don't want a relationship with your dog!!! But anyway thanks good work keep doing your thing 😊💯👍
Thank you for making this video. Uncut and real. This truly shows what you have been saying, train your dog young and discipline them consistently, their smart, smaaaaart dogs.
So sad to see him behave like that. Its the owners that need training.
True, along with him. That would help.
30th like haha. Such great content, always one step ahead Rach! Living your best life and doing what you love. So few inspire me or hold my attention and you’ve done that for a year straight!!! Thank you and keep it up xxx
It always makes me happy running into a really hands-on person with this rich southern accent who lives in the middle of nowhere and then links studies in their KZhead videos. It is a splendid mixture of earthy and learned, sophisticated and real-world. You're so 'MAMA SAYS DOWN YOU GET DOWN, BOI" and you laugh, but at the same time you're monitoring them, you know the vocabulary and the biology and the exact shape the dog is supposed to have. The way you talk is frank, gutsy, blunt, and at the same time have all the terms, the technical vocab, the experience. I love it. And I especially love watching you work with Cashmere and Preacher, because they prove your method, they prove you know what you're doing, they prove they understand what you are trying to communicate to these other dogs. Sending love from the nerdy indoor city people from across the globe!
The dog is like u not my mom 😂🤣🤣
Mama cashmere doesn't put up with no crap that's why I love her😂😂much love Rachel to you, savanna, and your pack.
nothin like some good positive reinforcement from mama 🤣🤣🤣
Exactly
Whew! I hope and PRAY the owners get a hold on that. Although this breed is an extremely LOYAL, LOVING breed, its extremely important to train these dogs. They are extremely powerful and CAN be dangerous given an improper owner. I am adopting a 1 1/2 yr old male this weekend. I pray I dont have far to go with him as I have 3 children. He is still a puppy so thays the most encouraging. Thank you for sharing. All of them are beautiful.
Holy crap, when Cashmere turned the first time to get him I spilled my tea as I was taking a drink because it scared the crap out of me. She is a tough cookie. Pregnant or not she will bring a fight and discipline. I would hate to see if Preacher actually tagged him for being disrespectful. I thought Midnight was getting big but when she came in the picture to back her mama up she looks so tiny next to Bishop. He is a beautiful dog and with the right training and continuation to keep backing it up he would be such a good boy. I don't know him personally but as an only pet he definitely doesn't get the discipline he needs as a Corso. Like you said, I truly hope he does not get taken to dog parks because 1. he would be the hated dog for being so dominant and 2. he definitely would give the breed a bad, bad name.
If mama ain't happy, no body happy!!!😁😋
Alisha Jackson you got that right.lol
Do you think you can convince the owners to let you train him. That disrespectful behavior might be extremely bad around a newborn baby.
I can try again but there's no guarantee.
Senza Tempo Cane Corso that’s so frustrating because usually a dog that is disrespectful without proper training/correction will lash out like he did with you, especially with a new baby emotions will be higher, and it can cause the breed a bad name. I hope the owners see this videos and realize for the sake of Bishop and the new baby it’d be in their best interest to let you re-train the pup
Brandie Hamdan the frustration with having this dog stay and get trained and learn to be a respectful dog. Then going back to the owners can screw it all up by not continuing the training. Bishop has his family how he wants and they are kind of blind to it. There's not a lot of limitations and boundaries at his home and it shows.
Katz yeah I just don’t want something bad to happen and then the breed get labeled vicious when it isn’t the breed’s fault
Brandie Hamdan I agree. I think that there's really no bad dogs just bad or uneducated owners. But in Bishops case I think he's going to be just fine. You can tell he's a good dog, just wants to be top dog cause that's what he's use to. Kinda like the only child getting spoiled. Not bad just needs some manners. He has the potential of being just about perfect.
That nasty look cashmere gave Bishop when you were making him sit really got me 😂😂 “you come to MY house and disrespect MY mama?”
I love how I started following you in the 2.3k subs and you've stayed consistent dropping knowledge. 💪🏽💪🏽
He was definitely looking at you like, "If you tug my chain and tell me to sit 1more damn time...." Wow! Cashmere don't play does she? Keep them in line Mom!
I understand this isnt a training video... but how come you dont praise him after you tell him to sit? Just curious. Oh.. just after I posted... you did tell him another sit and said good boy. Lol Sorry. :)
@Jessica Ford excellent explanation real trainers know this
Jessica Ford I’m a behavior analyst. When a dog does not comply with a very well known command that they have fully mastered, you might repeat it one more time and praise after that if they comply. Otherwise, you help them comply and then don’t praise. They didn’t listen to you! Why praise?
Best thumbnail pic lol My dad is the type of big dog owner that would also not put up with Bishop's attitude and personality. If Bishop was our dog and any disobedience he would show, dad would either give him hard training sessions or off to the pound, so glad you have the pack with you and you also know how to get him straight by yourself too without going Navy Seal sergeant mode. Shame for the owners for being lazy with Bishop. Big dogs need just as much training, sternness, good health, and watch as any other dog. They think because they are big they can rule over you until you show otherwise. Gotta watch out for that.
The disrespectful look he gives you, when you told him to sit. I cried tears of laughter! 😂😂 Your knowledge of dogs is amazing because I would have never guessed the dog was being disrespectful in that moment. But I totally get it!
Mama Cashmere doesn’t play. Love my spicy mama Cashmere, always has Rachel’s back.
After seeing the pictures in your ig, i was waiting for this ! 😂💗
I appreciate your videos so much! I have an intact English mastiff and I am a mama like you. People say I'm mean but then see how well behaved he is and then somewhat understand It's hard to explain to people when you have such a large dog you have to maintain control and have behavior be proper. I'm looking into getting a Cane and your videos are helpful ❤ keep up the awesome work
Couldn’t agree with you more about dogs being overweight! So many people over feed and don’t realise how small they’re dog should be! I have a whippet and a greyhound cross and I constantly have strangers asking me if they are too thin 🤦🏼♀️
That is so tough. I feel your pain Rachael!!! My boyfriend's sister brings her dog over all the time and she doesn't correct bad behavior in the right way. She rewards after bad behavior and with me he does not get that royal treatment. I have a shiba so I have to be on my dog. The poodle is so disrespectful and insecure he tries my shiba all the time. It's really hard to fix since she could care less on her dog's behavior because he is small.
Cashmere's like do it, I dare you!😂 good mama💙
This channel is my new fave!!! I love how responsible you are in training, handling the dogs. Hopefully owners will watch & learn a little something from you. THANK YOU!!!
