You don't need to disconnect the motor cable from the controller box, you can slide the box out together with the motor, this will save a lot of time and don't have to re-apply silicone and wait for it to dry.

except the KS ones suck and aren't durable. The cnc are the way to go, I have them and can vouch for the original myewheel ones.

I'd say Blue Loctite / thread locker vs Red which is intended to be more permanent and can make removing bolts for next tire change difficult
use red only for steel parts, as you need to heat it a lot more
If you look up the Loctite 243 that they show, you'll see that it is blue, medium threadlocker. Red container, with a small blue label, I guess.
