  • Great Vlog Vanessa and it’s good to see what you eat and will be interesting to see how you feel after making those small changes. What we eat can impact so much on how we feel psychologically and we are all different! I love coffee but gave it up in my 30s and felt so much better for it. It’s fine for most people but didn’t agree with me. Would love you to do some videos on your exercise routines. I notice you vary what you do at the gym. Do you have a plan of what you do in a week and why? Thanks!

  • So interesting! I also recently have been introducing dairy and red meat into my diet again. I normally would buy ground turkey for a lot of dishes...but I recently had ground beef for the first time in awhile..it tasted so good lol.

  • When you talk about coffee, are you talking about Decaf coffee ? I use to feel so much anxiety from coffee, but I switched to decaf and it is so different! You should try deca (I hope I am clear because when I ask for deca coffee in diverse country, servers look at me with a question mark on their face). How do you call a deca coffee 😂
