I hit my new favorite morel mushroom spot yesterday, and this was my turnout. I found several really big yellow morels and 1 small grey.

I have hunted those rare morels in Oklahoma for a decade, when I say hunted that's what I did lots of miles thick stuff,took my 7 yr old grandson, he is 100 💯 boy, I showed him a picture of one of my phone, we hunted 1 n half,he found a patch containing 18, hour later he found 2nd patch with 22 loaded up, he was either lucky,or he has the knack, good luck to you, prayer to you
LOL, when I was a very young boy my dad and I went turkey hunting in the Shawnee Forest, and I as we sat down by a tree to wait, I just happened to look down between us and seen a couple of big yellow morels, and that ended our turkey hunting trip for the day, we spent the next several hours picking morels. My dad was amazed at how many we found. That was such a good day. Thanks for sharing your story and the prayers. Same to you, my new friend.
