  • Let Sibbal recall the State of Hyderabad when Nizam resisted to merge with Union Territory citing the same constitution. Union government had deployed the army to occupy, then he surrendered. Now Sibbal is acting in place of Nizam resisting to unsettle the settled issue in J&K against the national interest to help congress.

  • Mr Sibbal every time seems to forget, presently he is only an advocate, of course very senior advocate, and has to follow the rules and regulations as deemed fit by the CJI, may be on the pleading of his opponents. It doesn't behove proper for Mr Sibbal that CJI has to assert and even a bit loud to make him accept to file an affidavit from his client.

  • Mr. Sibal talking about the right but what about responsibilities of the people for the last 75 years - stone pelting, no peaceful atmosphere, what about Kashmiri Pandits and the atrocities happened on them. After such horrible things done by the people arguing for their rights is injustice. People who ask for rights should live peacefully and should let others live peacefully. Otherwise Govt will take action.
