To answer your QotD, I have been saying for over a decade that Generations was the PERFECT opportunity to do some DLC levels considering the game's premise and I'm forever floored that they didn't do that. New HD versions of old Sonic levels. It was ripe with possibility.

I do agree that some future sonic games should get the support updates similar to what they did with this game or frontiers, i would like an extra ranking type of system or an extra story bit, like how we got that mod for forces and how it was like an extra story, it legit was fun and i do hope other games can get this type of treatment 😊

If they add Shadow as a playable character to Dream Team, I'd imagine he'd probably be a Speed type character like Sonic & Amy. Which then would probably mean they would also add in a third Fly type character (Silver?) & a third Treasure Hunting character (Blaze?? I mean she's technically a Speed type BUT she DOES have that hover ability in Rush soooo idk lmao)
Ranking system is huge for this game, Tails Challenges were nice for trying to get better at the levels, but I like the extra incentive for regular play. Really digging the look and level depth of the new zone as well! If they were to release a new group of characters, I'd like to see Shadow (speed), Silver (flight), and Omega (gliding/hovering) probably As for the QOTD, Generations easily would've been sick with waves of new levels dropping, would be easy money

Dream team devs clearly know how make Sonic stuff. They cooked massively with this level.
I read someone saying it’s amazing what the team can do when they’re not forced to make endless runners, lmfao. I hope this game gives them the opportunity to branch out even more!
