Anxiety Stomach Pain Relief (Meditation for Anxiety) MIND GUT MEDITATION

Anxiety and stress can cause real digestive symptoms that can only be reduced by relaxing your body and mind and processing your emotions. This guided meditation for anxiety stomach pain relief can help relax your body and mind which could help reduce your digestive upset.
If you ever get niggles, knots or cramps in your stomach, you may assume it is a physical issue. But have you considered that it might be anxiety that’s causing your digestive problem? When it’s 4am and you’re in the throes of a stomach pain, it’s natural for body to tense up and grip tighter. It seems counter intuitive to relax at this point.
However, your gut-brain communication system is influenced by the vagus nerve which can calm the system down. This vagal nerve can be stimulated by deep slow breathing (belly breaths) and or meditation.
Even if you have a chronic, physical digestive condition such as Crohn’s disease, relaxation can still ease the cramps and pain.
If you look inside and work on your emotions and find a relaxation technique that works for you it can really make a difference.

  • i just want to say - i had debilitating anxiety for a year during the pandemic, where i couldn’t eat, or sleep - i would wake up with a stomachache and go to sleep with one. i lost 15 pounds and spent so many nights on the floor of the bathroom, praying to get better. this meditation was the first thing i would put on, every time. i could probably recite it word for word. i made some big life changes and moved away from home, 4,400 miles away, alone, and now, a year later, anxiety is no longer a part of my daily routine. i come back to this video when big things are coming up or i’m nervous about something, but i want to say - IT GETS BETTER. Day by day. Moment by moment. I wish I could go back and tell me then, so I’ll tell you also now - you will be able to eat again. You will be able to sleep again. You will be able to go out in public by yourself again. You will gain the weight back. You will exercise again. You will get so strong. You will find joy again. You will love being alive again. ❤️

    • @@noemiebissen938 i had the same in 2020, extreme weight loss because i couldn’t eat due to emetophobia and anxiety. aside from tonight being a particularly anxious one, most days i can eat 3 meals comfortably and function at an almost normal standard. for me it honestly just took time and persistence and a desperate want to recover. it was so frustrating and i couldn’t imagine anything fixing my state. trying to push a little further (eat a bit more, call less helplines, spend 5 minutes more outside of my room) most days is what made the difference , but it is a really gradual thing. i truly believe you will gain your life back and your body and mind will find peace again, best of luck x

I believe that this is due to the issues that I have been living with for years (Autism, PTSD, anxiety, depression). Since November 2022, I have been living my daily life with all the “what-if’s” regarding my tummy troubles, and it slowly but surely got me to the point where I don’t feel comfortable leaving my own home without worrying about going to the bathroom constantly. I am certainly hoping that I can see my doctor soon so that he can help me relieve my symptoms and start enjoying the fun times again. This is my biggest problem with anxiety/ptsd...no matter how I try to use therapy and whatnot to manage those problems, the stomach simply refuses to cooperate. • I’m a covid bride and lost my mom in 2018 and then my fiancé’s in 2019 and ever since postpone a third time I often depending on the time of the month or what’s going on done myself having small panic attacks, feeling insecure, or just days of anxiety from the trauma of not having my mom in my life and I’m still learning to adapt. While I don’t like to meditate on loss I love meditations that help redirect the mind for sleep. I enjoy too the explanations you give for things in your meditations too, it gives my thoughts something to stay busy with until I calm. We will be getting married oct 9 this year and it’ll be a beautiful day! And your right the vibe of the music and voice are totally deal breakers.
