Bro In competitive strongman competitions are gloves allowed? For rough work almost any type of hand protection helps.

They usually are allowed gloves when lifting barrels or odd objects to protect the hands

I signed up for a grip competition well before I started bodybuilding, so I thought as it's at the very beginning of my bodybuilding journey I'd still go compete in the Grip comp. Then that's finished
