Now im 154 pounds, 180cm and able to do pushups, situps and planks or even run 3.6km. Things I didn't know I was capable of doing a year back. Now at 14, I play basketball representing my school and am playing club basketball too. I love the pain and understand that all this pain leads to joy one day now. Thank you Goggins

  • I'm an Infantry marine hoping to make it into recon. I hear Goggins and I run 4 miles at 2 am. I do 10 pushups when I get back to the door. I used to talk to myself and say I wanna be like him and I wanna be like these recon marines and that's my bar, that's my goal. But recently I started saying I wanna be better than that. I want to be better than Goggins. I want to beat his pull-up record and run 208 miles instead of 207. When I stopped Idolizing my heroes and started racing them I found myself getting outside when I'd rather play video games. See you at the top gents.

I’m fighting for a cause, I’ve started an NPO, I’m working my ass off and I don’t care if it takes years off my life I WILL leave this world a BETTER PLACE. I don’t care about riches or fame, give me a smile on the face of someone enduring immense sorrow, give me someone receiving the healthcare they’ve always needed, give me the touching moment someone decides to keep on fighting versus giving up. Keep the money, keep it all, my palace will be the community’s happiness. Until this world literally buries me, I WILL FIGHT.

And I learned what you put into yourself really matters, good or bad, so I put what I call ‘good input’ in myself daily. My daily running is a huge part of that, because no matter what, I always feel better afterwards!!

I used to watch these videos everyday when my life was shit and I felt amazing. My life got easier because I grinned… then I stoped motivating myslef. I have more money and resources now than I ever have yet I felt more stressed. Why??? Because my mindset. Instead of feeding my mind motivation I was feeding it all the fear and lies they spread on the news and social media. Yeah they want you scared like a deer in the headlights. I got off social media and got back on this. I feel like a winner again.. I feel like a beast. Cause they want you scared.. they want you brainwashed

One day I fell into a hole with personal life issues and my life was going downhill for the next 5 years in terms of grades, friends, and sports. I tried to get back into that life stage I was at but couldn’t do it as I had no support whatsoever even from my family members and my friends. Once I discovered David goggins and Andrew tate, I stopped worrying and caring about what other people thought about me cuz anxiety was always the issue. Now I’m into that stage where I think I’m back into that life and imma keep going till my enemies fall and kneel before me. If I can do it, you boys can all do it. • Excellent! Just what I needed at 4am in the morning. 17,000 millionaires are made each and every day. So the question is: are you going to be in that number? Smart Goals is the key to a new life! This is the type of video that you need to add to your 24-hour day. Get to it!
