Once again thank you so much and from a wonderful woman who has a wonderful voice that carries peace and serenity in it.
Every morning I listen to this meditation. I love it and it brings me into such a good mood. But every morning after the last word “ wellbeing” 1 sec after the pronunciation of that word, starts a loud and horrible advertisement. Every day a new one and every day a horrible loud one. That’s a pity because it literally takes away half of the wellbeing I feel after this meditation. Impossible yo push the stop button before it starts really 1 sec after the last word! 😅 Thank you for the meditation though, it the best start of the day I can imagine.🙏

Wow .. thank you for this . I have been waking with horrible morning anxiety lately .
Me too... strange
That’s a sign of low blood sugar. Try eating protein every 3-4 hours during the day including shortly before you go to bed. Cut way back on sugar and especially simple carbohydrates and you should see an improvement very quickly.
