Buying a used BMW or Audi with sporty engines is a risk, so obviously it will depreciate, unless it's a very expensive and rare model own by investors. I recently saw a used Audi RS4 that I considered, it was only five years old and the owner wanted $40K for it. Then I did some digging, and found out it had eight previous owners, all of them young men in their late teens, early 20s. So I noped myself out of that deal real quick.
