I think I got the meaning of the video...Each girl represents an individual or group of people who have been with him on his journey so far...the first girl represents his mother (she even looks like her)....the second girl represents the people that made him Scooter/Usher/Ellen (coming of a piano)...The third girl represents his Beliebers (you can see how attached she is)....the fourth girl represents Selena (most of the time in the background)....the fifth girl his temptations...and finally the black girl represents his mistakes/darkness/bad friends (black girl being a metaphor, not being racist)...At the end of the video he pushes all the girls away which means everyone he knows after all the incidents that happened with him to be alone with himself and find his purpose in life...when he found it he buried his old self by the gesture of the sand and he is now presenting to us his PURPOSE!!!

"I let you in with all that I can, you're not hard to reach"- God is never hard to reach because God is everywhere with you, so long as you pray. It's true this was actually a suicidal note. He almost committed suicide twice because of all the hates he got.. I ain't forgiving to those people who ruined him and made him almost suicide.
This song reminds me of that day 3 years ago, when I was very depressed and almost committed suicide. I remember having the handful of pills in my hand and just as I was about to put them in my mouth. I heard a strong yet comforting voice say "Stop, don't do this. I know how you feel and just know that I am here. I know you don't feel beautiful and you don't feel loved. You don't have to hurt anymore, if you put your trust in me, I will heal you. I am God, just believe in me and I will give you purpose." I dropped the pills and fell to my knees, balling my eyes out. I gave my life over to God that day. I now feel beautiful and loved and I know have a purpose in this world. Thank you Justin for this! :) God Bless

There are 3 really crazy facts about this I'm facing right now: 1. I used to hate Justin as a person when he "changed" and put on the "bad boy" act, and I never liked his music. Now, not only do I LOVE this new album of his, especially this song, but it MOVED me, made me cry (see fact #2)!!! I feel I can forgive him for being the way he was, and myself for feeling so much hate for him. It's not healthy, being bigoted like I was. I'm sorry, Justin. No one deserves to be hated like that. I feel like a jerk too. 2. The song lyrics and the audio sample at the end of him speaking, talking about not being hard on yourself, and all that....man that really hit home with me. I've been going through a lot of that lately. I feel this empowers me during my struggle with depression. This reminds me of the original JB who was a nice guy even though i didn't like his music before. He listened to his heart and became a bigger person. This is honestly beautiful. 3. This video was released on my 24th birthday, November 14th, not even kidding. This song spoke to me and really got my attention for these 3 reasons. I would love to one day talk to him about his journey, about what he went through, what really hit home with him too to become more caring of a person. This is really inspiring. Justin, if you see this, thank you for spreading this message. I'd love to see more of this in the pop industry, rather than the usual stuff. I'm usually not even a pop guy, but I love meaningful emotional music like this, and I like piano.

Here is my explanation to the music video. Those girls represent temptations that entangled us and the pleasure that bind us. He then found the GIFT that gave him purpose and changed him. He took off his jacket and showed his white shirt which means putting off your old self to become a new person. It seems like the music video depicts that he's being followed by all the bad things that has been going on around when he's younger til now. He got to taste fame, money and etc at too young of an age that it overwhelmed his own growth as a proper human being. And even with all that, he still felt so lost. Until he found God, who gave him a purpose. The video showed that the temptations left him in the end after touching(tempting) him on the blue jacket that he wore. He took it off. As in he's been baptized and most of the sins and negativity also got washed away as he lay it down on the ground and took a fist of sand and pour it on the jacket, and proceed to pouring some on himself. Along with the baptism, he's being reborn a Christian and found God and his purpose.
