Easy Chicken Breast Recipe by Naughty Food
Ingredients:
2 tsp Red Pepper
2 tsp Black Pepper
2 tsp Dried Basil
2 tsp fenugreek
2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
2 Full-size Lime
2 Tbsp Olive extra virgin Oil
4 Slices of Chicken Breast (1-inch thickness max)
Salt According to Taste
Instructions
1. Take 4 Pieces of Chicken Breast. And put them into a bowl or large zip lock bag.
2. First step is to add 2 Tbsp Olive oil and add in all the listed species in the Ingredients list.
3.Squeeze one lime juice before mixing the marination.
4.Add Salt according to taste.
5. After mixing well leave the marination for 2-3 hours for better taste.
6.Heat up the Pan Grill / Large skillet on medium flame.
Drizzle olive oil onto the pan and place each chicken breast pieces one by one.
7. Cook chicken breasts for about 5-7 mins.
8. Flip the chicken breasts over, add a squeeze of lime, and cook for 7 more minutes or internal temperature reaches about 165F.
9.After the cooking is completed, place the chicken onto the cutting board and let it cool till you are able to cut the slices and serve.
