On my tier list I put Luka at a B tier solely off of the comp meta at higher rank and the players in my games at HOF. I may have been a little too harsh on this card. While I do think he needs a slight buff overall Luka is a solid card and can work some magic on the court. If you are looking for an elite playmaker and passer give him a try.

At first I thought he was trash cause I pulled him from the game changers pack but after playing a few games with him I was missing a bunch of wide open greens so I sold him but after seeing this video and how lenoob was using him in the stream last night I might try to get him back and give him one more chance
After testing with his luka I def think its a solid pick up even though its pricy
