  • Whenever I try to do something out of my comfort zone and end up not doing it, I always fell into depression. Then I’d be happy and motivated by thinking “im gonna change” and then the cycle would repeat itself, I’d get depressed. But I can truthfully say that once I listened to this and learnt about meditation and what not, I felt so empowered by strengthening my mind. And still to this day, meditation has helped me achieve many things. So to anyone who scrolls through the comments and sees this and is in the position I was in. Don’t give up, it will take time, but eventually you will arrive where you want to be 🙂

Exactly what I am feeling right now, totally relaxed, in a state of mind and body fusion, not here but not there, and totally impressed and truthful that nothing other than this magical soothing melody is what has me now hypnotized and with this incredible feeling of healing... Thank you, whoever did this,, and keep it up! Because I myselfI, and most probably, many other people, need this so badly…. And most unbelievable of all is tthat they have no clue of this essential need they are lacking... And then,,, when they start living again like many of us, , some people choose to keep their eyes, ears and heart locked- yes, I've been there... And another some of us, might just not be ready to experience this powerful reality, so then they try to save some of it to remind them where they'd love to be, where, hopefully, they are headed now....
