    • Please dear, what does "pre-med" in terms of your reference mean coz here in my country (Nigeria)... You don't have to engage in anything as such. I'm a young teen aspiring to study MBBS in the US, I may find it helpful if I knew what it meant. Thanks

  • Hey Lani, I literally respect you SO much for your effort you put in working on yourself, on academics, health etc. I've never experienced anyone who is disciplined enough to wake up so early in the morning and just gets on their stuff. Of course, not every day be like that and everyone has their own ways on how to stay productive. But I just think it's so admirable that you found your own ways to do so and just get things working. Much love and many happy moments in 2022!

    • around 10pm and stop drinking caffeine by 3-4pm and avoiding naps! since i wake up early i get tired a lot earlier, but the transition process takes a while because you have to push yourself to wake up early when sleeping late

    • i never took them, but they were offered as biology upper division courses. i feel like they can give some insight into that material when taught in medical school.
