A quick nonprofessional review on the modifications done to my digilegs via my company, Creature Bionics to create a greater range of movement.
This video isn't to take away the credit from the original digilegs design and is only a short review of the modifications made and how they operate.

  • I might use these mods in designing a 3d printed version. The comfort and speed were my big is the concerns. This version is the best design I have seen on youtube!

  • I wish they offered this kind of modification as standard, the only thing holding me back from buying digilegs is that I couldn't stand still and from experience I know they would be uncomfortable. These mods look amazing, 10/10 would want digilegs with this!

    • I agree. The original look is better but the comfortability is not worth it.

    • Hi SeaWing, We do offer a flat foot plate option as opposed to our standard curved design. This offers the wearer the ability to stand still. They are slightly trickier to get the hang of hence why we offer the curved as standard and always advise customers to learn in these first before moving onto the flat. We can also modify Digilegs in any way you require to suit your needs, just get in touch and let us know what mods you would be looking at ;-) Finally we have just started work on designs for an alternative leg, which will have suspension as standard so do keep your eyes peeled.   • I saw some of your other videos before this one and first thing I noticed was how much more natural the legs you were using moves compared to all the other models I see around. The suspension is what takes the cake here, not only from the standpoint of engineering but Bio-engineering, no living being would be able to walk properly wihtout suspension on their feet and the difference between this model and the ones without it clearly shows.Great work.

    • best thing I can advise is to buy a pair and mimic the design with your own features. I bought mine and had them modified and currently, I am having my own pairs made to then even sell as a product.

  • I would buy the diy notice to modify the original ones lile that at any price lol. It s annoying to be unable to walk for more than a few minutes due to the pain in the foot. The original design is really good for the leg but the lack of bounce in the tip of the foot is hurting like hellfire.

    • Hi Knox, please visit www.digilegs.com The stilts you see in the video however have been masterfully modified by Ace, through his company Creature Bionics, to add a flat foot, suspension and the calf plate being reversed.
