[Illinois, Chicago] U-turn on a sidewalk (2023-08-26)

This 2019 Honda HR-V driver failed to check their mirrors, drove into a bike lane while someone was biking in it, and pulled off one of the worst u-turns in history. They drove onto a sidewalk to complete it. Thank goodness school wasn't in session at The Chicago High School for the Arts when this driver used the sidewalk to turn around.
