Chicken Bone Broth
1 Roasted Chicken Carcass and Scraps
2-3 Tbs Apple Cider Vinegar (let sit for at least 20 minutes)
Any and all Vegetable Scraps
I pressure cooked for 3 hours and slow cooked for 8 more, just slow cooking overnight works great
