I tend to agree with the majority of what you're saying. One thing though- most of what you outline is much more tricky to implement for long term relationships and/or marriage with kids. As soon as you're living with a woman, not validating her or giving her minimal attention isn't going to work. If you're constantly in your 'masculine frame' and never giving her your approval or validation, she's going to end up getting tired and losing interest over time. I can just hear the conversation she has with her friend- 'he doesn't appreciate me enough', 'im constantly having to prove myself to him', 'he doesn't love me' etc You need to do a white board breakdown for different types of relationships or at least try to clarify the exact type of relationships you're alluding to.

As a man who has lived many decades on this planet and studied interpersonal dynamics related to failed relationships, Casey is spot-on right. You might not like his forthrightness but the content is true. Yes, you will feel uneasy and insecure inside doing these if you were brought up to be a "good man" like I was, but doing these things as he states changes the dynamics. We, men, were meant to lead and be in charge - as stated in the Bible. It says a man is to be respected (NOT LOVED) and a woman is to be loved (NOT RESPECTED). You can believe Casey and what's written in the Good Book or you can continue to have problems in your relationships. I've chosen to do the former.
I was brought up to be a "good man" but I grew up around semi abusers. My dad and grandpa always had anger issues and they let it out on their women. I recognized I had an anger issue and used that enery to get my girl where I want her to be. I don't abuse her I just use a stern tone of voice which she usually finds to be "mean" but it gets the job done. In college, I knew a couple that broke up. He used to choke the shit out of her and smack her around when they had sex. One night, he choked her to the point that he almost needed to called 911. We all assumed they broke up because she got tired of the abuse. We were wrong. He ended it because he could no longer stomach how far he had to go to keep her turned on. Quick story too because I'm bored - I've worked in the restaurant industry for most of my life, recently I worked with this guy who I quickly found out was basically sleeping with every hot female working at the place. I know that what you say is true because I experienced it myself, I just didn't know exactly and did it intuitively when my ex-girlfriend stalked me for half a year and I didn't know any better why she was so obsessed with me and believe I didn't treat her well anymore with the hope that she would eventually go away. I hope that at some point you will also publish a book detailing and summarizing your knowledge because I also really appreciate books and of course also videos or audio

I totally agree that you can’t take any shit off of women. Then also you have to project the attitude that you prefer variety and that you’re not anxious about being in a couple. Also you have to threaten to abandon them whenever that might be warranted. And then finally, you need to actually abandon them. The more women you’ve had the less you’re going to care about coupling with any one woman. And then finally, women are definitely more trouble than they’re worth. Fine, if you can find exactly what you want then perhaps you could get married but it’s never really a good idea.
